With two living rooms, a room with a 70-inch TV, a full kitchen with a dining room, a toilet and four comfortable suites. The house has a fantastic sea view! Close to four beaches and the Orla Bardot, which leads to Rua das Pedras on foot. Extremely charming and sophisticated house! It accommodates a maximum of eight adults and four children (up to 12 years old).

We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse.
