Excellent apartment, amazing view and extremely clean apartment with no dust! São pet friendly and the condominium is amazing, Erick a super host! Proactive, he told us several activities near the apartment in addition to a courtesy of late checkout.

The apt is exactly as in the pictures. Very spacious and airy, not to mention the lovely ocean view. Really standing in the sand, my father who has difficulty locomotion had no problem getting to the beach. 850mts Mall. Highlight for the caretaker's kindness and attention. Super recommend hosting. The building is new, with a wonderful view, excellent leisure area and location. We did everything on foot during our stay. The beach is a few meters from the apartment, around it has markets and plenty of commerce. The apartment is very cozy, clean, and has a wonderful view. We were able to have a BBQ and enjoy a lot. Bed and bath linens were impeccable as well. The door has an electronic lock, which makes it easy not to take keys when leaving. It has kitchen utensils for those who want kitchens and wi-fi for remote work. For those who need uber, we are able to get around without problems with this type of transport. You can rent it without fear!

Good , first I don't even know what I liked anymore , whether it was the property or the charisma and sympathy of the hosts , I travel a lot and have never seen such a lovely host like Samir 👏 At the beginning, they made the checkin and checkout relaxed, which for us was PERFECT and always responding to us very quickly . ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds. We will certainly return . Gratitude❤️

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard).
