Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Praia

Right from the start, the transfer from the airport to the apartment was organized, and the reception was warm. The furnishings and cleanliness are above average. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

A really great five-day stay!!! The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a covered terrace area with plenty of space and seating. The bedrooms are equipped with fans that ensure a pleasant temperature even on humid nights. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which we found to be in really good, clean condition. Host Anita made sure there was water in the refrigerators and also some bottles of beer. In addition, the various keys were immediately explained to us. Anita works with an agency, and a person from the agency was on site, who provided us with all kinds of information about the city of Praia and possible excursion destinations, taxis, rental cars, restaurants and much more. It only takes one minute to walk from the apartment to the Calu & Angela grocery store. Taxis are also available at regular intervals to get to the city center. We were able to use the Internet via the SIM cards of the TV sticks.

A friend and I stayed at Maria's place as we were visiting Calheta for the first time. From my initial outreach to Maria, she was always responsive and very accommodating. Maria and her family were very welcoming and friendly. They hosted us for a lovely breakfast and a few unexpected friends even came over. Maria's place is in a very walkable area and close to a beautiful cliff over looking the ocean. Highly recommend.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Alessandro’s place. He and his wife were very welcoming, the house is beautiful and perfectly located. Alessandro was always helpful and kind and would happily answer questions, give recommendations and let me feel at home. Unfortunately, I could not communicate much with his wife because I don’t speak her languages. But she was patient with me when I tried to talk to her and was very kind, too. She is a great cook and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner with them. I highly recommend this place and highly recommend having at least (!!) one meal with them :) I am already thinking about coming back because I only got to spend 3 nights there.

Such a beautiful home! Incredible space, amazing value. Right on the water and within walking distance of the port. Love the roof terazza, wonderful housekeeper Nonna, so peaceful. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to the beach.

Alessandro was a great host The Check In and Check out was super uncomplicated. He let me take part in everything and gave me a taste of the island's livestyle. I would come back any time.

Pleasantly surprised by the place. The host is just great, responsive and very friendly. The accommodation is neither. I recommend it!

We had a great stay in this very well furnished, clean and perfectly equipped apartment. The ocean view is really beautiful, a real plus for relaxing. The host, Neves, was very available and responsive throughout the stay. The only small downside is that the accommodation is a little out of the way, but it's still quite manageable: you can easily reach the center by taxi in 5 minutes for a low price. In short, an ideal place to rest and enjoy the calm with a superb view!

My stay at Casa Riviera was very good. The accommodation was large and spacious, with a cute little terrace. It was clean and nice. A very advantageous point, there is an affordable car rental agency just opposite, which is great. I advise you to rent a car for 3-4 days to visit the whole island at your own pace. The beach is about 10 minutes' walk away. I recommend it:) Also, there are a lot of grocery stores nearby so it's great. Restaurant point: there is a brunch nearby Adèle good value for money.

JEWELRY! The dream apartment! Super comfortable, very well decorated, accessible on foot or by car, close to the sea and restaurants. Erico is an amazing host, proactive, responsive, warm, welcoming and very available. Very small downside for the water pressure but Erico has the solution to this problem. Congrats again and thank you! I recommend closing my eyes!
