Balcony with deck, hammock and private garden. The entire house is on one level, with no steps or stairs and easy access for children, the elderly and people with any mobility issues. The house is very well located in the southern corner of Ferrugem in a quiet area. It has 85 m2 plus a 65 m2 deck and is 100 meters from the sea. It has a large fenced and wooded land. Ideal for 5 people. It is three blocks from the center of the beach and a 10 minute walk from the most famous bar on the beach, Bar do Zado. The property is large and has a privileged geographical formation that shelters it from the northeast wind, allowing the guest to enjoy the surroundings in any weather condition.

Children under 6 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult in this space. We accept small pets for a fee of R$150.00, for up to 2 pets and 4 beach chairs.
