The kitchen and barbecue are fully equipped, and the laundry has a washer and dryer for added convenience.

The house has three double bedrooms, a single bedroom, two bathrooms, a large living room with TV and dining table, a barbecue grill, a kitchen with all the utensils and a closed garage. The residence is fully fenced, which gives guests privacy and security. The house is located 100 meters from Barrinha Beach, where you can enjoy beautiful landscapes, hiking, biking and more.

The house sleeps 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and 1 sofa bed, and a double mattress, which I suggest be placed on the sofa for better comfort. The house has ceiling fans in all rooms, a gas grill and an air fryer. We are 5 blocks from the beach. Street parking. The location is safe, with cameras. Flexible check-in and check-out, depending on availability. I provide bed and bath linens, except from December to March.
