A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.

My girlfriend and I spent 6 days in the apartment, from the days before the trip, check-in and even check-out Anderson and his wife were totally polite, attentive, helpful and caring with us, even serving as tour guides. We had some problems in the apartment at the end of the night of the first day and the next day, early in the morning, they were in the apartment to help us solve them. The apartment is beautiful, very well organized and with a perfect location, with the walk to the cove beach being a quick straight line through a sidewalk at the end of the street. We definitely intend to come back again!!

The accommodation was simply perfect! The apartment is beautiful, very well decorated, clean and super organized, exactly as in the photos (or even better!). I was received with great attention and affection by Roberta and her husband, who were extremely cordial and helpful. The location is great and I felt at home from start to finish. This was one of the best homes we've ever rented on AirBNB. The house is excellent, well located and as advertised. Cleanliness and details go a long way! The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

We spent wonderful days at the house of Enio, in Guarujá! The house is complete, extremely comfortable, with a delicious outdoor area, excellent pool and everything very safe. Good , first I don't even know what I liked anymore , whether it was the property or the charisma and sympathy of the hosts , I travel a lot and have never seen such a lovely host like Samir 👏 At the beginning, they made the checkin and checkout relaxed, which for us was PERFECT and always responding to us very quickly . ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds. We will certainly return . Gratitude❤️

We love the place, cozy, clean and organized apartment... the condominium is beautiful, super quiet and safe... right in front of the beach... if you have another opportunity I would come back here again. Pedro was very cool.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, next to Enseada beach, with a 24-hour supermarket 5 minutes from the property. It has surveillance cameras, an electric fence and those guards who pass by on the street, we feel quite safe. About the space of the house, the photos do not do justice to the size of the space, in practice it is much better, the pool is huge, large yard, there is space in the back and the utensils in the kitchen are complete, we managed to barbecue and cook just by bringing the ingredients. There is also a sandwich maker. The house is clean, check-in and check-out without any problems and the owner responded promptly, whenever we needed to. Some improvement points that can be made are the faucets in the outdoor area that were leaking, but it didn't affect our experience, it would be at a lower cost to the owner. If you, like me, also see the reviews before choosing a property, go without fear, it's worth the price we paid, we were very happy there and I will definitely be back soon

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

I had a wonderful stay! I really liked the location, the space, the view - which is surreal - the easy and cordial service. Cleanliness of the APE and shower also excellent! The only thing that bothered me a little was the size of the bed, I think it could be bigger, the noise of the refrigerator and the bedroom door that I felt a little difficult to close. Otherwise everything was perfect!! It was totally worth the price! I can't wait to come back on a sunnier day to see the sunset.
