The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. My place is near the beach. You'll love my space because of the warmth. Very good for couples and families (with kids). Very close to Lazarus Beach, Sununga Beach and Domingas Dias Beach. For hikers it is possible to access beaches where you can only reach by boat or on foot, such as Ribeira and Flamengo Beach (a paradise). Near the Saco da Ribeira from where you can take boat trips to Anchieta Island, a preserved paradise.
