Casa da Fonte is at Lugar da Praia, a small village situated in a valley between the mountain and the beaches, on the south coast of São Miguel. It is in the center of the Island, close to the highway, ideal as a starting point for long drive or walking tours. There are several sandy beaches around, a waterfall and a natural pool within a 5-minute walk, and a walking trail with a stunning scenery. Quiet place, in the middle of nature, without noise from cars. Totally relaxing and invigorating!

We present to you an modern villa built in 2024 with stunning sunset and panoramic ocean views. The villa is located on a private 0.5 hectares of land with its own garden, terraces and outdoor pool (12m) with salt water. The area of the house is 350m2. Seaview terrasses and patio 300 m2. You leave the car on an old bridge above and walk down a short rustic path; below it, the property opens up. Two villages and a small market sit a hundred meters back, reminding you civilization is still out there—but down here you're in your own world.
