Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Praia da Rocha

The house was great, exactly as described and in the photos. Cozy, very clean, with everything you need for a great stay, in a gated community, very quiet, safe and clean. We were with the family, we cooked, including in the communal barbecues available in the condominium and we enjoyed the tennis court (rental of rackets aside) and children's playground. The best part was the practically direct access to the pool, which made it a lot easier with the kids. We were sorry to leave and we already want to go back.

Apartment with everything for a comfortable vacation in a beautiful and family-friendly village. We (a couple with a 6-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son) feel at home. Very good pool for children and adults. João was a 5-star host even though we didn't meet in person. We'll be back!

Wonderful, clean, well-appointed apartment 5 minutes from a beautiful beach and restaurants!! We stayed with our 18-year old son and 2 of his friends and there was plenty of room for everyone. It’s a 2-story apartment and the kids stayed upstairs. The place was fully air conditioned (it was very hot when we stayed) and although we didn’t cook any meals, we definitely could have! The kitchen had everything we would need. In addition to being so close to the beach, the resort also had a large pool area with 2 pools, a billiards table and a cute bar / restaurant. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but did have a nightcap both nights we were there. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and the check in / out process was very smooth. Caspar was very helpful and prompt in his communication. I wish we could’ve stayed longer

Really good area, nice apartment you feel right at home. Is well equipped with internet and TV. Also washing machine great. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Fine!

The apartment is really highly recommended. The self check-in is very flexible, the apartment is really nicely furnished and fully corresponds to the pictures. The location is quite nice and you have your peace. Nevertheless, you are not far from the center. With its own garage parking space, it is also just the thing for a vacation with a car. Price-performance is therefore fully correct. Gladly again :)

We are delighted to have stayed in this apartment. It was very clean, well arranged, it felt very good. We appreciated the bottle of wine Hanna offered as well as the plaids on the couch to watch TV in the evening, warm! A big thank you also for your responsiveness. If we return to Portugal, we will enjoy coming back to this rental.

We wanted to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary in Praia da Luz and made the perfect choice with Maria's apartment. It was home from home for self catering, starting every day with breakfast on the balcony and ending with an evening meal at the sunlit dining table. The kitchen was equipped with everything you'd need to cook a meal, and even had tupperware so you could pack a picnic.  The location could not have been better, 2 minutes from the beach, the Paraiso and one of the best restaurants in Luz, the A Conche. Our host Maria could not have been kinder, more responsive or more helpful. We arrived on a national holiday, and she went out of her way to find out what shops would be open for us to buy supplies. Every question we had was answered wothin the hour.  We will definitely be back for future anniversaries! 

Great place to stay for a relaxing break. Apartment right next to pool so you don’t need to go looking for sun beds. Inside apartment was clean and has everything you need. Thank you Willem your communication was excellent throughout the whole process.

Very well located accommodation, possibility to go to the beach and the city center on foot. Always free parking spaces near the apartment. Clean space, matches the photos.

we have stayed at many apartments at Balaia over the years and MIchels was one of the best. Really lovely position, close to the pool, large garden space and the apartment was so well stocked with all the essentials you would need for a comfortable stay (we stayed a month). Michel was a great and responsive host checking we had arrived and settled in ok. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely apartment - we hope to stay again soon

An absolute recommendation ! We were there with two toddlers. You live between locals and that's super great, everyone is friendly and accommodating. Mention should be made of the friendly landlord of the apartment who even brought us Portuguese particles. The apartment is equipped with everything you need (except salt) ;) even towels are provided and that is plentiful. Super comfy beds and the apartment is air conditioned, which greatly facilitates the stay in summer. Once a week, a cleaning lady comes to clean and change the bedding. It is communicated via a messenger where you always get a direct response. All in all, we are all very satisfied and will definitely be back. 😌

Excellent stay in a very quiet location. Everything is perfect: infrastructure, accommodation, amenities, tranquility, heated pool, etc. I highly recommend this accommodation and this destination, especially as we experienced it out of season. Thanks to Victoria and her staff.

Julio’s and Jill’s place is amazing! And so they are! Such a beautiful getaway out of town , chill out by the pool and bbq with friends. They have everything to make it cosy . They served us beautiful breakfast in the morning and our little daughter couldn’t have enough of the playground. Loved loved loved everything! We would definitely love to come back against recommend!

Antonio's place is fantastic. A great location, beach is 5 min stroll away, the pools in the complex are fantastic. The location is quiet with lovely restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket 5mins stroll away also. Antonio was great to respond and helpful with questions on the first day settling in. The apartment is spacious and very clean and comfortable and the area is very safe with 24hr security right across from the apartment. We will definitely be back again!

Everything is perfect! Fantastic resort, great location, cleanliness, order, impeccable amenities and everything I could want. Strategic place to visit Lagos and the Algarve. I highly recommend the experience with Liz 🙌
