The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

The floor is made of white tiles with a 30-cm baseboard in the same material. The furniture is made of hardwood, sometimes with glass. All constructions are made of apparent solid brick, reminiscent of an ancient style of Mediterranean and Moroccan constructions

The house is very well located, in addition to being surrounded by establishments such as a market, beverage distributor and gas station, it is a 3-minute walk from the beach (it is not in front of the sea), and an 11-minute walk from downtown Saquarema. The charming rustic house has a fully equipped kitchen, also offers bed, bath and table linen and a portable barbecue for barbecues to make the moment more pleasant and lively.

The unit is on the second floor (13 steps) and has a shared backyard where the guest can use the external shower and the area to socialize. In addition to the double bed there is also the availability of other beds that total accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. Air split. All cookware, microwave and coffee maker.
