The house is located in front of Lagoa de Saquarema and has a deck and an incredible view. The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

All constructions are made of apparent solid brick, reminiscent of an ancient style of Mediterranean and Moroccan constructions

This chalet has a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa that can be converted into another single bed, accommodating 3 people in total. Chalet 3 has a television in the living room, an equipped kitchen and a microwave. The Vila has a large yard full of greenery and a covered barbecue area, as well as parking spaces. Quiet environment ready to provide beautiful moments with family and friends.
