Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia da Vila Tupi

We spent wonderful days in the apartment. Everything was perfect, impeccable cleanliness, apartment with everything that is described, working perfectly, with a wonderful view, at all hours of the day, especially at sunrise. Marli was wonderful from the beginning, before the arrival until the check-out, she attended to us quickly whenever necessary, left treats in the apartment and even though we arrived late in the apartment, she asked us to let her know if everything was right when we arrived. A 1000, for the apartment and especially for Marli.

Very well enjoyed and super cozy space, I felt comfortable and had a lot of support from the owners. Super recommend and we intend to come back more often.

It was all amazing, I would arrive after hours, much later than the ad, I talked to Fernando and he said there were no problems, I ended up missing an entrance and arriving half an hour later than agreed with him, but even so he was waiting for me to hand over the keys and explain the instructions. Very cozy apartment, blankets, very fragrant pillows, comfortable bed, lots of kitchen utensils, for women who like it there is even a hair straightener and hair dryer, internet, TV, everything working perfectly. Well-organized place, close to everything, 6-minute walk to the beach. I've already saved it in my favorites, as I'll be back soon. ☺️

I don't know if everything will fit kkkkk massss FIRST, it was all extremely impeccable! From our arrival to the last second to leave. The apartment is exactly the same in the pictures, the comfort very good. I really felt at home❤️!! She was always there to help us with landmarks, restaurant and tent that was near the ap. The ap is a block away from the beach and everything is close by. If you have questions about rent, don't stay!!! You won't regret it here. Thank you Delma for the accommodation ❤️

Mr. Isaias served us very well. Very clean and organized apartment. Very good location, facing the sea, close to markets, bars, shops, snack bars and restaurants.

Location is great, mto good beach. Check in was super easy and flexible. It's really pet friendly, the dogs loved the yard.

We loved the stay, the house is super comfortable, you can confirm the house, the house is very cozy, we had a lot of children, the only thing that spoiled it was the rain, but the house is comfortable, it has a pool and a projector, lol, we even made a movie theater. Hosts without words, 10 out of 10, super kind, understanding. We'll definitely come back again 🙂

We went as a family, just me, my wife and my one-year-old son, and it was very comfortable and I recommend that a maximum of 4 people go because it would be uncomfortable if it exceeded this average. Clean house, with cooking items, but there were not enough pots to use, other than that the house was very comfortable, we felt at home and the host Josoeliton always responded promptly, we will be back soon for sure!

We had a wonderful 7 days, the house smelled good, well equipped with kitchen utensils, comfortable sofas and the bed provided us with great nights of sleep. The house as a whole is wonderful, beautiful garden, great space for those who will take a dog, we took our Bully who enjoyed the house and the beach a lot. Quiet neighborhood, many shopping options, quiet streets day and night. We thank the hosts José and Laura for welcoming us with affection, always giving tips on places and restaurants. Beautiful beach, we had no difficulty getting there, wonderful experience, I recommend the space to everyone.

To begin, I have to say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than can be repaired by photos. The extremely smelling bath towels. The impeccable beds, each with a keep and bedding. In addition to the other things, the loft is to be congratulated. The ap is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The staff of the super gentle condominium as well. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and foot in the sand. We like it a lot and I'm excited to be back soon.

I had a wonderful stay! I really liked the location, the space, the view - which is surreal - the easy and cordial service. Cleanliness of the APE and shower also excellent! The only thing that bothered me a little was the size of the bed, I think it could be bigger, the noise of the refrigerator and the bedroom door that I felt a little difficult to close. Otherwise everything was perfect!! It was totally worth the price! I can't wait to come back on a sunnier day to see the sunset.
