Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia da Vitória

Patricia's house is as in the photos, very beautiful, super welcoming, with everything you need to spend a few days in Angra do Heroismo. Patricia has been attentive to us at all times, and to put a but, we would have stayed much longer in her home😉. Definitely the best part of Terceira!!!

the accommodation is very easy to find, both by car and on foot, close to Lajes airport. A simple and pleasant apartment and very good bedding, which is not common. Thanks to José for his welcome and availability.

Garden has very special sight on Angra, from Miradour to MonteBrasil and over. House is well equipped and projected. 4 persons stay confortable. We have passed special moments. Elisa E Jorge are lovely persons full of suggestions on every tourist desire. We will come back.

Francisco and Maria José’s place was great on every way. It was very conveniently located and spotlessly clean. They had left us a generous assortment of foodstuffs to get us going. There is a long and interesting garden stretching up the hill at the back of the property which gives fabulous views across the town to the sea and beyond. Would be a great place to have a BBQ… if only we’d had time….

Jose and Carla are very kind and welcoming, they even gave us something to make our breakfast! Nothing is missing, everything is perfect! We will not fail to praise it! The accommodation is spacious and very well maintained, decorated with great taste and the location is beautiful, quiet and the view from the terrace is splendid.

The apartment was perfect for our needs and was well stocked for our two nights in town! Jose had a wealth of great information of the area and island when we checked in. We will definitely be looking to stay again in the future !

Great spot in Angra do Heroísmo. Clean, modern, and helpful service. Washer and dryer nice bonuses for longer stays. Definitely will return if available.

Paulo was an amazing host the entire we were there. If we ever had any questions they were answered right away. As soon as you walk into the house you are greeted with some complimentary snacks as well as water which was amazing because we had a late flight. I will definitely be coming back again!

We had a wonderful time. The people in the village are very friendly. And because of the festival we enjoyed the local entertainment complete with a front row seat to a bull fight Out in front of the house!

Typical apartment with a lot of charm, with restored antique furniture and all the details very well cared for. You can tell that a lot of love was put into the decoration. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils, oil, salt… They even left us some breakfast and a welcome gift that is much appreciated. Outdoor area with sun loungers and tables, ideal for breakfast or dinner, shared with the lower apartment but we were alone every day. The only bad thing is that you can hear the noise of cars passing by at night, but I would still stay at Massimo and Antonella's place again. Thanks for everything!

Teresa’s house in the Azores is an absolute must-visit! Not only is the house spotless and cozy, but Teresa herself is one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever met. When it started raining, she went above and beyond by personally driving me to a restaurant in her cool classic truck, and even offered to drop me at the airport. Her hospitality is unmatched, and staying at her Airbnb felt more like visiting a friend. If you get the chance to stay at her place, don’t hesitate—book it! You’ll have an amazing experience with a truly special host.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Terceira. The north coast is very peaceful and quiet. The house is located within a few minutes of a small village with a grocery store and a few nice restaurants. The drive to the main cities is about 20 to 30 minutes. The house was just as pictured with beautiful furniture, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and tons of towels and linens. The pool and hot tub are lovely and clean with gorgeous views. There’s a fire pit and sauna available as well. The kids loved checking in on the chickens, peacocks and bunnies every day and also playing on the swings. Hugo was a great host. Always responsive and provided tons of great local recommendations. Overall a fabulous stay on this beautiful island!

Christine was an amazing host and the house was perfect. Highlights for me were the parking that was always available and the cleanliness throughout. I hope to stay here again next time I visit family in Villa Nova.

The house is exactly as advertised and Francisco is a fantastic and responsive host. Very friendly and helpful in finding the place and getting checked in. Location is great for the pools in Biscoitos and other things to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Totally worth it! Stunning views, and the flat has everything you need for a great stay on the beautiful island of Terceira. Don’t think twice about booking this place, I fully recommend it!

Gorgeous location with everything you need for a great stay. We really enjoyed the sunsets. Bed was comfortable. The house is a different color than the listing which made finding it a little confusing (it’s white with blue trim now). Check-in could be a little smoother, but was by no means terrible. Overall, this was a really lovely stay.

Very friendly and helpful hosts who go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Communication was quick and smooth — everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Beyond expectations! We were two couples (my husband and I and my parents). The apartment was perfect for privacy based on the layout with room to spare. It included all amenities and a few extra perks. Having a laundry room is great for longer stays or quick washes. The whole experience from the booking to the checkout was easy and host was responsive and helpful. One morning we didn’t have hot water and it was quickly acknowledged and resolved. Having multi A/C units (1 in each bedroom, 1 in living area) made hot days and nights bearable. Highly recommend and would book again when we return.
