Perfect location! Pleasant, quiet neighborhood, decoration and amenities available better than many 4-star hotels. Location that is not far from the waterfront, but also not close enough to be bothered by traffic, for example. You can walk to the beach and there are good beach bars near the apartment's street. The host was super helpful, sending us directions to places that we visited and were really worth it. Returning to Fortaleza, I will definitely stay at João's place!

My stay at the resort was amazing! Check-in was super fast and done by an attentive and helpful team. The facilities are modern, well-maintained and comfortable. The room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed and a great view. The leisure areas, such as the pool and the spa and gym, are clean and ideal for relaxing, although the gym is a bit rusty. The location is privileged, with easy access to tourist attractions and natural landscapes. Hello, I loved the space, we went as 4 people and it was great, everything was the same as in the listing, everything working, well located building, it took us a while to see but there is a shop inside the building in the pool area, it is well worth it, because the nearby markets are 300m +... the beach is very close, one block away and there is a very good kiosk there and very easy to get to, 10 out of 10 for accommodation, I would love to stay there when I return from jericoacoara but unfortunately for me it is already rented, because I would definitely return, it would be great!!!!

Lucilene was super helpful in everything we needed, and when there was a situation that the Suítes hotel could not resolve, she went personally and resolved everything. The apartment is a mini house, with a little bit of everything for us to stay. As we did not have a package with food at the hotel, we bought it at the market and cooked in the apartment. I recommend it, and if I return, I will stay in her apartment again. Thank you very much Lucilene, for the hospitality. The structure of the Hotel Suítes is breathtaking and the beach is almost private and beautiful. The staff at the Suítes hotel are extremely polite, helpful and quick, and there was no distinction at any time because we were guests of the owner and not the hotel. A differentiated service. I definitely recommend it.

The apartment is excellent. It has all the utensils and amenities to spend quiet days with the family. The condominium is very good for children. Otoni is a great host and always responded very quickly. I definitely recommend it.

The house is beautiful. Exactly as shown in the photos. Well-ventilated, clean and fragrant house. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Exactly as we wanted. We'll be back more often for sure.

The house is large, and the rooms are comfortable. In the kitchen, the owner has several utensils, facilitating the preparation of food. The swimming pool is reasonably large. The owner and the caretakers were very caring, kind and proactive. For sure, it would be a second time on site.

We stayed at Henrique's house and we have nothing but praise! The house is exactly as in the photos — clean, organized, comfortable and with a perfect structure to welcome the family. Always clarifying doubts about the place and how to get around. Very cozy, spacious, clean and comfortable house. Perfect pool! Safe house and large kitchen with plenty of utensils. The location is very close to the beach. If you have any questions, Nadson is always there to help and recommend someone. Definitely the best stay.

Our stay at Manoel's apartment was great! He was very proactive before, during and after our stay. He gave us directions to places to go and allowed us to check in in advance. As for the apartment, it is wonderful and exceeded our expectations! Just like the listing! Everything is very beautiful, organized and comfortable and very close to Beach Park and the supermarket. We would definitely go back to Manoel's place. It was a great weekend.

Very well located condominium, by the sea, the apartment is on the first floor and it is easy to access the beach, facing the sea, next to the stairs that exit the balcony to the condominium patio, there is a playground, the pool is wonderful, easy and quick check-in, two parking spaces, full kitchen for preparing meals, including our breakfasts that were every day in the apartment and we made dinner too, located near the beach park, Quiet beach to enjoy and plenty of space for children, there is a beach volleyball court that belongs to the condominium and football, I took my three dogs (Yorkshire terriers) and there was plenty of space to walk with them. Daniel is an excellent host, from the first contact until the departure from the apartment, he always responded very quickly and gave all the necessary instructions, he is to be congratulated on everything! Anyway, I recommend it and I will definitely stay at Terramaris again, excellent place!

Everything is very organized, 24-hour security, there is a grocery store inside the condominium, a wonderful pool, the host is always concerned with the guests....we will definitely come back more often....
