Located on the paradisiacal beach of Japaratinga-AL, the "Pé na Areia" beach house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, all with air conditioning, a guest bathroom, a living room with 2 areas, Wi-Fi, Sky satellite TV, an open-plan kitchen with freezers, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, and all utensils, a large terrace overlooking the sea, a barbecue grill, a garage for 3 cars, etc. The price per night includes a caretaker and a housekeeper. Just 200 meters from the beach, the house has 2 en-suites with TV, air-conditioning and a private balcony facing the garden and an incredible swimming pool. It has a spacious living room, connected to a full American-style kitchen. The outdoor area has a gourmet space and a large balcony with hammocks facing the pool. Our check-in and check-out times are always flexible (subject to availability).

Beira Mar House - Entire house (on the sand) 03 suites with air conditioning, on the first floor facing the sea. Dining and living room with 50" TV, fiber optic Wi-Fi, and a relaxing balcony with a hammock. About 900 meters from the Vila de Pescador de Barra Grande and 3 km from the center of Maragogi. The quietest place in the area, in front of the natural pools and a few meters from Caminho de Moisés and Antunes Beach. Private parking. We have a day and night caretaker. Casa Caroá is a beautiful and modern house right on the sand. The house has three spacious individual chalets behind the main house. The chalets are spacious suites with air conditioning, minibar, king beds, TV and outdoor shower. Guests can also use the shared beachfront pool. Casa Caroá has a small shared kitchen, which guests can use to heat and consume simple foods, dishes brought from restaurants and drinks. Note: the small kitchen is not a full kitchen and does not have a barbecue grill.

We built them with the utmost care to be our havens at times when we need to relax and seek inspiration. When we're not there, we rent both SAL and SOL. And we rent both together, too. They are independent houses, SAL with a swimming pool, SOL with a beautiful garden. They were inaugurated in May 2023 and are always very well maintained!
