Holiday rentals with a pool in Praia de Cotovelo

Excellent stay! What wonderful days my family and I spent in Francisco's space. Everything was very organized and clean, an amazing house with comfortable beds, all the necessary utensils and electronics, good location... Anyway, everything was worth it and the great accommodation was essential for us to have a wonderful trip to Natal. Easy and fast communication with the host. I highly recommend it!

What a great house. Unfortunately the pictures do not do it justice. 3 separate floors of amazing views of the beach and city. Some nice local spots near by, i really liked the food place across the street. Pool was great. Loved loved luna, i think everyone will even if you dont like cats. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

Great house. Match the images and description of the property. It is in a condominium of houses. Access is given by facial recognition at the entrance of the condominium and the keys are in a safe in the house. The house was clean and well organized. It has several utensils. The location is good, but it is a little far from the best area of Ponta Negra, but nothing to be desired.

Excellent location, the house was great for 6 people. Close to bakeries, markets and restaurants. Very nice stay, I recommend it Larissa was helpful and attentive.

The apartment is excellent! We love our time staying in Carmem's apartment a lot. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walk. In addition, Carmem was so careful that it even left some pampering for us like beer and cold ones. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well-equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we need something, Carmem responded promptly. If we return to Natal we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Eva is a great host, helpful, answers all questions, made it possible to check in and check out within our needs. The apartment is as advertised, it was very clean and with fragrant sheets and towels. Besides being very well equipped, we didn't miss anything, and with amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen. The location is excellent, it has absolutely everything nearby, including the beach. I can't imagine a better place. The concierge is friendly and informative. Just one small detail, which does not depend on Eva and the apartment itself, is the outside noise. Because there are restaurants, bars and hotels in the neighborhood, the music noise from 1 pm to 10 pm is loud in the room that is not a suite. For those who like an afternoon rest or sleep early, it will be a little difficult in this room. In the suite, there is no discomfort.

Privileged location, Andreia's service before, during and after a differentiated stay. We had all the necessary support, whether from what the house offers, or even more so from the hostess. Everything is as shown in the photos, and the natural beauty of Natal is accessible from the condominium itself. The location has a structure of bars, restaurants, grocery stores and everything else the guest needs. You can stay without fear!

I had a wonderful experience at this apartment! The view of the sea is simply incredible, a true spectacle at any time of the day. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops and tourist spots, which made our stay much easier. The apartment is extremely well organized, comfortable and impeccably clean, which made us feel very comfortable and safe. All environments are well cared for, and the decoration creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend it for those looking for a quiet place, with a breathtaking view and excellent structure. I would definitely host again!

An addendum to the bed, extremely soft and comfortable!!! kkkkk The apto is 2 min from the black edge, has markets, bakeries and restaurants nearby, on the main avenue, close to everything, allowing you to do everything. Leandro is a great host and has given us all necessary support!

Property delivers what it promises. Very clean and organized. New and cozy. It's on the second floor (2 flights of stairs). Complete, ideal for those who prefer to prepare their own meals (it even has a pressure cooker - lol). Family atmosphere, quiet and with a complete leisure area. Close to shops and restaurants. Carlos, the host, welcomed us very well on site and answered all the questions we had, with great agility and attention. I recommend the place!!
