Wonderful beach house on Ilha Grande

Excellent house for up to 12 (twelve) people in the paradisiacal Praia de Maguariquessaba on Ilha Grande. It is a perfect house to enjoy the days of rest and leisure, enjoying the beach, the transparent and warm waters of the bay of Ilha Grande, and the Atlantic Forest that surrounds it. The house has 3 (three) large en-suites, with bathrooms equipped with hot water in the sinks and showers. Two suites with ocean views and the third with a view of the Atlantic Forest, all with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, and accommodating up to 4 (four) people each (double bed and a bunk bed). The great kitchen is fully equipped for 12 (twelve) people and has a large refrigerator and freezer, blender, electric grill, mixer, a stove with oven and 5 burners, barbecue and washing machine. The spacious living room is integrated with the kitchen and completely glazed, allowing you to enjoy the scenery even from inside the house. Around the whole house, there is a large 3-meter-wide balcony where you can enjoy the coolness of its shade. We have a mooring point for those arriving by speedboat or boat.

The SOL & MAR cottage is for those who love disconnect from the world and connect with nature. The space, besides being beautiful, has a gourmet area and an outdoor shower, and is only 3 minutes from the beach. Access to paradise is about 15 minutes from the beach of Itacuruça by Taxibolt, which leaves you at the beach. The accommodation has a bedroom upstairs, downstairs there is a bathroom and kitchen with basic utensils. There are 2 chalets that can be rented together or individually. There are four bedrooms, one of them is a suite with a whirlpool and ocean view. It accommodates up to 15 people. The luxodosolar space is also intended for events, such as beach weddings, with infrastructure to serve up to 200 people.
