great apto, everything clean, great location, host responds very quickly, apt in front of the sea, everything as per the listing, I indicate with my eyes closed, we will come back more often for sure.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

The apartment delivered what it promised, from the items it reported to make available to the beautiful view of the beach of the virtues. Great experience.

The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

The house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host went out of her way to accomodate. She provided a coffee maker when we as Americans were skeptical about using the cloth filter (coar no saco) for making coffee.

The view is breathtaking — waking up every day to the sound of the sea and this magical scenery was a gift from God. 🙏🏼 The apartment is exactly as in the photos (or rather, even more beautiful in person), super clean, well cared for and with a wonderful energy. I felt at home from the first minute. Rina was an exceptional host: attentive, kind and always available. You can see that she does everything with a lot of affection, and that makes all the difference. We already knew the Peracanga region but first time we stayed with Adriano Carlos. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, with many utensils, dish cloths, and is located in the best region, right in front of the entrance to the kiosks in addition to having a very good pool and BBQ area. We love the experience, we'll be back for sure.

The best apartment I've ever stayed in on Airbnb. Perfect! Clean, well decorated, ventilated, with everything we need to spend a few days on the coast. Elevator in the building, Wi-Fi, good garage, friendly doormen, close to the beach, (half a block), no mud in the bathrooms, ventilated, clean refrigerator, cutlery in perfect condition... I could describe everything, but the apartment is impeccable. The bedding, towels, everything was very good! Excellent mattress and shower! The owner was very polite, responded quickly to any questions. We love it!!!!!!

The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)
