I was with my family, with children and dogs and we need to find a place quickly due to a neglect of another location and in the end it was the best choice. The house is well-equipped, and the sofa is especially so wonderful that it does not want to leave kkk

The house is exactly as described in the listing, with a breathtaking view that makes the stay even more special. Everything was impeccable, very cozy and well prepared to welcome us. Communication with the hosts was excellent, always attentive and helpful. Also, we were surprised by a caring treat that sweetened our holiday. No doubt, a hosting that we recommend and we want to repeat!

Full of beautiful beaches and a place to connect with nature. Breathtaking sunrise and for those who enjoy the starry sky is an event. I will return to this paradise!

Exactly as in the photos, the heated pool saved the stay with the cold weather, apartment with everything you need, and close to several shops, shopping and incredible beaches. Amei and super recommend!

My family's stay was perfect! starting with the fact that the apartment is already located on the beach sand, you walk a little bit and you are already in the sea, the condominium is gated and has absolutely everything you need to not leave it, communication with the host was very easy, she answered and solved what we needed, the apartment is wonderful, everything extremely clean, organized and has all the necessary appliances inside it, I am delighted! The house was totally clean, everything matched the photos. Beautiful condominium, well located, with a practically private beach. Raquel helped us with everything, she was a great help. When we got back from the beach, the house was spotless and food was ready! The rooms had comfortable and practical accommodation, as shown in the photos. We will definitely be back!

We loved the stay, super-equipped and cozy house; We didn't have much contact with the hosts, but in the little contact we did have, they were very cordial. We suffered a little on the first night, due to the smell of the rooms, I believe because they were closed and the weather was rainy, especially room 01, but nothing that a full day of airing out wouldn't solve, this didn't hinder our stay. Beautiful place!!! Great house!! We love it and recommend it!

The location is wonderful, the house is beautiful, but it needs maintenance. The doors do not run easily, which makes it difficult to close them, that of some of the bathrooms not even running, could not use it because there was no way to close the door. The kitchen needs improvement and lacks a microwave, coffee maker…the sandwich maker didn't work. The cleaning was also not adequate, the refrigerator had a bad smell of fish and we needed to clean before placing the groceries, with the oven and stove the same thing, it had a lot of accumulated fat, but it worked well. One suggestion is to wash the seats of the dining table chairs, they were very frowned. Other than that, we love the stay, sleep with the noise of the sea and wake up with that look, made it all very worthwhile. Luiz Gustavo was very helpful and available. I intend to come back more often!

We are extremely happy with our stadia. The house is large, clean, and very cosy. Juliana's family lives nearby and manages the restaurant. They welcomed us with great affection and attention. We hope to return!!!

My contact was more with Fabiana, super helpful and attentive. The apartment was in accordance with the listing description, great location next to Shopping Pirata, 2 km from the center, very close to the highway if you want to visit the beaches of Angra by car, there are very good beaches following the direction of Mangaratiba. Very nice condominium area, for those who prefer convenience, there are tours that you can arrange in the condominium area and the boats stop at the condominium pier. We liked everything, I recommend it and we hope to return on another occasion. Thanks Fabiana

Our stay was wonderful! Mr. José is extremely requested and very nice. The view of the apartment is exceptional, the condominium is note 10, there is a playground where my son could play at night, club grade 10, etc. Good beach, good club pool and bar with good service in the pool as well. I took advantage of the sun of the weekend and it was all exceptional.

Lindomar was a great host. He was very informative and made sure I had everything I needed to have a good stay. I don’t speak Portuguese very will and he tried his absolute best to make sure the language barrier was not an issue. The apartment itself had the best view. The resort was also very nice as well and was the perfect place to work due to it having a restaurant on site and a pool to take a little break from work, without having to take much time off from my workday. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

The apartment is perfect, had everything we needed, complete, clean and extremely comfortable…not to mention in the breathtaking view. We spent wonderful days The condominium is amazing and complete. Fernanda always responded quickly and super friendly, sure we'll be back soon.

We stayed a few days, but were extremely well spent... Everything that Marcelo describes about the apartment is equivalent to what we found there. All very clean and sanitized, with all the services informed. The Resort offers you beach, clubs, pools - and the ocean is worth SO MUCH... Take a diving mask to see the little fish! We'll be back - and with the family for sure! Thanks for having us and always ready to answer our questions, Marcelo! Ah! We really felt at home... Congratulations!
