Comfortable and welcoming house located in the Costa do Sol Condominium, just 450 mts from Guaratuba Beach. This is the “mini” version of the house, featuring 2 suites, each with a cozy mezzanine. The property offers a spacious kitchen integrated with the dining area, a gourmet space with pizza oven and barbecue, plus a solar-heated pool and garden. Cada suíte possui duas camas sendo uma de casal e uma de solteiro. Acomoda 14 pessoas total incluindo crianças. Possui cooktop, microondas, geladeira, air fryer, sanduicheira, liquidificador e utensílios em geral. Piscina, área gourmet e wi-fi. Pet friendly. Your home on the coast, everything designed to host with soul and warmth. Spread out! Details that make a difference, good bed, quality bedding and bath set, numerous pillows, Starlink internet, sofas with acquablock (do not get wet). Of course, there is air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans in the living room, a 58" TV to enjoy the barbecue in our outdoor area. The highlight, a delicious swimming pool. All bathrooms have a hygienic shower. Oh, PETS are super welcome!
