With a beautiful beach in front and everything nearby this is the perfect stay: Port wine cellars for wine tasting, shoppings, golf courses, Nature Reserve, Porto City centre, restaurants, bars, surf schools, kite school, harbor, etc... The appartment itself has 3 large bedrooms, all with own ensuite bathroom and private terrace. All top materials used and fully equiped.

The apartment (Penthouse) has a vertical garden terrace, a bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.0 meter double bed, wardrobes and a safe. A living room with sofa, 4K TV, cable channels and Netflix, Rotel bluetooth sound system and mini bar with free drinks available for guests. Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. Full bathroom including bidet and shower, hairdryer and amenities (shower gel, shampoo and body cream), iron and ironing board.

All rooms have a balcony facing the sea and it is possible to enjoy the magnificent view from each of the rooms. Bath towels and new bedding are provided.

We decided to travel as a family in the summer of 2026, so we decided to make our apartment available for families who want to come and spend their vacation there. Our house is a quiet place, privileged by the view of the cove and the sea, with access to the beach via the promenade, without having to cross the street. Restaurants, bars and cafes on the waterfront and in the surrounding area. High standard building. The apartment is not available for another period.
