Beachfront holiday rental in Praia de Massambaba

Beautiful stay at Casa Amarelha! IMPECCABLE Super clean, with beautiful, thoughtful details. They welcomed us very kindly and one day when the gas ran out they replaced it right away. The house is 1 block from the sea, you can hear the waves from it. It is a wide, uncrowded beach with strong waves (not so suitable for swimming... more like a dip and go out) But quite close you have other beaches that are a little more crowded, places to eat and shop. Ideal for those who like a quiet vacation. Also ideal for surfers! They lent us a board, a luxury. Just keep in mind, the house is small, one room and no door. We were a family so we adapted to the lack of privacy, but we thought it was a detail that is good to know. Thanks so much for hosting us! It's been a wonderful few days.

I highly recommend Rodrigo's apartment. Very friendly, both he and his father who welcomed us. I loved the space, everything as described in the listing. The house is super clean, fragrant, very well equipped. Not to mention that you can do everything on foot, especially going to the beaches. Rodrigo always responded to me very quickly, and with great kindness. In short… Our days of leisure and rest were wonderful. We'll be back for sure!!!

The accommodation exceeded expectations, the reception held by Mrs. Laine was extremely cordial. The property is impeccable, with a wonderful view surpassing any expectation. Extremely comfortable, welcoming, safe for kids and meets the needs well. However, we had two scores: the excessive presence of insects that caused great discomfort throughout the stay and required the constant use of repellents and even the realization of smoke as an alternative control measure, especially due to the presence of children with allergic sensitivity. Another point was the oscillation in the electricity supply, there were frequent falls in energy, especially at night, which aggravated the situation of discomfort caused by mosquitoes. However, we also understand that these issues are unfortunately not foreseen and are beyond the host's control. Outside these two aspects, the house was an amazing experience in terms of structure, comfort and service.

It was wonderful, I spent my birthday in a very special place, I highly recommend everything, very clean, cozy, super safe and well located in the heart of Saquarema, we will definitely return more times

The apartment is on the ground floor, with a large private garage space, being able to park 4 vehicles with ease. The environments were identical to those of the photographs inserted in the listing. We stayed at the end of July, the weather was pleasant and we didn't even connect the fan during the night..only one of the rooms is air-conditioned. However, all rooms have a ceiling fan. The apartment is very well located, with easy access to the beach, several options of restaurants, shops and a pharmacy.

Fanny is a very solicitous person and answered all the necessary questions. The place is Amazing and very cozy. I loved every moment and felt at home! Thanks for staying! Hope to come back soon

The house faces the beach, which, despite being a little wild, has lifeguards along its entire length, which guarantees safety. Walking along the waterfront to the stone square, where the church is located, is just a 30-minute delightful walk. There were 13 of us and the house accommodated everyone comfortably: there are 5 suites and two more bedrooms, one of which we didn't even use. The structure of the house is complete and we had no problems with the stipulated times for use of the leisure area. The place was impeccably clean and well-equipped, perfect for making the most of your stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Saquarema!

The stay at Thiago's house was simply perfect! The pool is large and very well taken care of, ideal for relaxing with the family. Bed and bath linens were super smelling, a care that made all the difference. The garden is amazing, brings a sense of peace and contact with nature. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, ensuring great nights of sleep. The location is also a great highlight: we practically opened the gate and we were already on the beach! In addition, the kitchen is complete, with everything we need during the stay. Thiago was an excellent host. Super recommend and I will definitely return!

A wonderful experience! The suuuper host requested, responded quickly and gave all the instructions clearly. About the loft I only have to praise for: the comfort, the cleanliness and also the good reception. About the location, it is perfect, close to the center of Saquarema, places of visitation and various places to eat. We love it and definitely recommend the listing.

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!

The house and beach are great. It is only 50 meters to the sea, everything works well and there is a lot of space in the indoor and outdoor area. We stayed at 14 people comfortably. Marcelo was attentive and had good communication during the reservation and the stay. Our family thanks you for the space.

The house is very comfortable, spacious and airy. The pool is wonderful and was very clean. The house has a barbecue and a foosball table that my kids loved. The condominium is calm, quiet and has a beautiful private pond. Ronei welcomed us very well and we had a great weekend.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, very close to the beach, practically just across the track. Quiet surroundings, an excellent outdoor space, easy location, very easy and quiet check-in and check-out, Will is always ready to respond, resolve situations and even gave tips about the place. We stayed on New Year's Eve, and even so the neighborhood and also the people who attended the beach and the shows are very quiet and the atmosphere is very familiar.

Great experience! The house is great, very well located (20 min walk to the bus station and 10 min walk to the beach) and very well equipped. Otávio is a superhost, he maintained great communication at all times, made check-in flexible, left gallons of water in the house, sparkling wine (we spent New Year's Eve there) and even picked us up at the bus station. I recommend it!

Excellent stay. The house energetically very light and quiet, just what we were looking for. Very good hosts, we felt welcomed and at home. House is just as described and seen in photos. It was really the best decision to stay in that apartment. Good location, close to downtown and the lake.

Sandra was a great host, and we had a very fun New Year's Eve with the family. Pool, barbecue and all the good things. Sandra was ready to respond to any questions or concerns. Even in a situation where I heard a strange noise (it was the cistern), she promptly responded and made a video call to check if everything was okay and give recommendations. I would easily come back and recommend the house! My dog loved the space. note: it is a reserve environment, which means that occasionally you may find hedgehogs, toads or other wild animals nearby. Watch out for dogs.

Jorge and his wife were very attentive from the beginning, making check-in flexible both on arrival and departure, and always available for what we needed... the accommodation is very good, comfortable and private, beach house style and about 150 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the market... close to good restaurants and shopping area... I certainly recommend it.

Very quiet stay, location and views of the Apt are privileged. Well-equipped apartment with very pleasant leisure area.

This is the second time I stay at this location. And I hope to catch it available on my next vacation. The unit is clean, has great space, AC, good internet connection. There are great food places for lunch, breakfast, dinner, snacks around it. I was able to walk to different places for everything I needed. Allan is always responsive, and helps with questions or anything needed really. My favorite part about this location is that it’s right by the sea. The view is incredible. I was able to spend my days at the beach and walk up whenever I needed something. Allan, thank you for allowing me to stay there again. Your place is truly the best!

My family and I spent a simply wonderful weekend at Márcia's apartment. She is, by the way, an extremely friendly and proactive host. The apartment is a spectacle! Everything is brand new, renovated and with a very tasteful decoration, not to mention the comfort of the rooms. Beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, a sunset that delights anyone. I highly recommend it to friends! We loved every moment we were there and we will definitely be back.
