Impeccable accommodation! The penthouse is even more beautiful than in the photos — spacious, super well decorated, with new and tasteful furniture in every room. The view is simply incredible, you can enjoy both the indoor area and the balcony. The leisure area is a show in itself: a delicious jacuzzi, a super cozy sauna and a barbecue with a brewery in the outdoor area that made everything even more complete. Perfect for enjoying good times with friends or family. The kitchen is super equipped, there was absolutely nothing missing, and the laundry was super useful during the stay. The rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning, ensuring quiet nights as if we were at home. And the location couldn't be better — close to everything and in a quiet area. Undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've ever had on Airbnb. We recommend with our eyes closed and we will definitely be back.

Excellent apartment, easy access at the check in, bed and bath linens available and of good quality, support material for very well preserved prai. The building has a good structure with a very suitable place for the entrance and removal of sand from the bathers, as well as a box to store the chairs and parasol. Condominium staff always polite and request. Rosângela gave full support from booking to check out. Come back for sure!

Very cozy house, well decorated , with useful and indispensable utensils. Very good shower, with pressure , hot ! Perfect electric barbecue area. Very tasteful dishes. I will come back more often for sure!

We really enjoyed staying at Ana Carolina's apartment. We were very well received by Cristina, Ana's mother. The apartment was very organized, clean and fragrant, we felt at home. Ana Carolina was also attentive with the children, left some toys for them to play with, and also left a treat to welcome us. In short, we liked it so much that we intend to return.

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.

I loved it, five stars! Flexible check-in and check-out that helped us a lot, safe place, great communication.

Building with a great location, very quiet, the very educated guests/residents, the staff always cordial, caring, efficient. The site corresponds to the photos, the host was SENSATIONAL! Only critical is that to go to lunch/dinner or enjoy parties, on Bacutia beach there are no options, it is necessary to travel by car. For us who took a trip with children, it was perfect!

Great house, extremely clean, smelling linens, super clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean kitchen utensils, everything flawless! Wonderful Barbecue area, great swimming pool. The place is gorgeous! The super polite host, responds quickly… The place is more withdrawn, but it has a nearby market! Great for resting with family and friends. Anyway… perfect!

I loved the space! Sauna, swimming pool, everything very clean! The only thing I missed was having a closet or any other furniture to accommodate our personal belongings and clothes. Even if the stay is brief, or not, I don't like having to leave them in the bags and the bags on the floor. I saw a space in all the rooms that would be a closet, maybe in the future... Just one observation, because the house in general is very comfortable and both Pollyana and her mother are always proactive... the whole family loved it.

The couple is very friendly and welcoming, received us with a shrimp moqueca, which I thought was very good, because I arrived later and was already worried about going out to eat. The house is spacious, beautiful view, very close to the beach. It has hydro, sauna and pool, as well as games. The Peixaria conveys at home and the supermarket is nearby as well. It was a good experience, because I had what I hired, in addition to efficient and affectionate communication.

The house can be better than the advertised in the photos. And more complete as well. The entire house was impeccable and extremely clean. Smelling linens and towels. The housekeeper (unfortunately I don't remember the name) was going to clean the pool every other day. In the kitchen in all the utensils you can imagine (from varying glasses to couscous!) Victor was an excellent host, always texting to see if everything was right and if we needed anything. Anyway... we'll be back for sure!

The house is incredibly beautiful and huge, we are delighted! It was all very clean, the house is equipped with all the appliances that a family needs, Daniel is a great host, we were very well received and taken care of.

We had a wonderful experience at this stay in Guarapari during the Holy Week holiday! Since the time of arrival, we were greeted with great affection — the hostess surprised us with a super special treat: an Easter egg that made our day even sweeter and more welcoming. The house is simply charming, decorated with very good taste in a rustic style that conquered us right away. Everything was impeccable, organized and prepared to make us feel at home. Me and my friends were extremely pleased with every detail of the stay and, without a doubt, we indicated with our eyes closed! We are already nostalgic and we will definitely be back.
