An apartment just steps from the beach, with leisure facilities on the condominium's rooftop, a swimming pool with integrated sauna, a fitness center, a game room, and a playroom available to our guests (the pool barbecue area may not be used by seasonal guests). The apartment has split air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and a gourmet balcony with barbecue grill on the spacious private balcony of the apartment, which is finely decorated and has 2 parking spaces in a newly built building.
