It is 1 block from the beach. With living room/kitchen (bicama) + 1 bedroom (suite, double bed), it has all comfort for the guest to save $ and cook on site (stove, fridge and household utensils, barbecue and outdoor laundry). It accommodates up to 4 people. It is located in the back of my house, has divisive gate between the houses. Pets are allowed, as long as they are docile. The car should be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Notify about check-in after 9 pm, as it will be evaluated.

It has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and ceiling fan. Another with a pull-out bed. The fifth guest will be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. Living room with SmartTV, kitchen equipped with microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, sink and washing machine. All windows in the house have musketeer screens. Bed linen, towels and blankets are at your expense. Don't forget to bring your hat 😉 Smoking is not allowed. Contact us in advance to arrange key collection.
