Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom in the upper part from which you can see the sea.

With a rich family history, it has been built and renovated over generations, preserving original features such as stone walls and wooden beams, giving it a unique and authentic character.

The apartment is fully equipped. Built in 2018. It is a ground floor and totally independent so you do not need an elevator and it is accessed directly from the street avoiding any contact with neighbors and common areas. It is centrally located and has all the amenities within walking distance without the need to use a car. The beach is just a few meters away, just across the street.
