The house is located on Avenida Castelao, with its large parks and gardens, with stunning views of the estuary and the port. You can see the ocean liners arriving. It is next to Plaza América and close to downtown (8 minutes by bus/taxi, 35 minutes on foot) and 2 km from the beach. There is a bus stop at the entrance for getting around, and all services are nearby. In the gate there are 3 spaces for the disabled. Parking space available for cars up to 170 cm in height. NO VANS OR ELECTRIC VEHICLES. And 2 elevators.

House placed at walking distance of couple of minutes from Samil Beach. It is furnished with everything necessary for a few days visit or longer period, perfect for families or groups of max 6 people. Excellent location at the main beach of the city and very close to basket courts, swimming pools, restaurants, bars and supermarket. Really nice atmosphere, quiet and convenient for going to downtown Vigo (just 5-10 ms by car) or staying at the beach area and nearby towns.
