The best location in Barra, the apartment matches the photos and descriptions, the building is easy to get around, it's a quiet place and the environment is always clean with the daily cleaning that is done in the apartment. Mr. Mario is very attentive and available! I'll be back!

I quite liked the space of Bianca, it is very spacious, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen has a good space, with all the basic utensils that make it well functional. The balcony with hammock is very nice to stay, even more that faces a super quiet street. The neighborhood is very nice too, to get to the beach is just across the street. The larger supermarkets are a little far away, about 1.5km, but you can walk along the boardwalk taking advantage of the view, so it ends up not being a problem. Bianca is super kind, attentive and flexible, gave local tips and was always ready to ask questions! I highly recommend her space and would definitely come back more often!

Belchior has been a dear to us since the first communication. The flat is charming in every detail, and even staying for a short time we could feel at home. The location is great. We sure want to go back!

I loved it, I intend to return. I only went for a quick visit to the Book Biennial, but I loved the space, completely cozy and clean, with a wonderful view, I fell in love. Dimitri is a very dear person, he answered all my questions and even did me a great favor, I needed to leave my suitcase before check-in time and he soon volunteered to pick it up and keep it until my return. Easy access to places, no problems with Uber, I highly recommend the apartment, it makes you feel at home.

Ninna was an amazing host, easy to communicate, and there for whenever we needed anything. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Great stay, place super well located. Very close to the beach, with shops also very close (markets, bakeries, restaurants, bars). I had no problems with communication, Enzo always responded quickly, politely and with great kindness. Anyway, it was a great place to stay with a clean and organized place. I'll definitely come back more often!

Rose is a great hostess who is very warm, hard-working and super prepared. She shares all the necessary information in good time and welcomes you with snacks and drinks. The apartment is right on Copacabana, where restaurants, supermarkets and the sea are right on site. The apartment was very clean and equipped with all the necessary accessories for a carefree holiday. There's nothing missing!

Roberta's listing was everything and more. You are in a safe area with security holding down the front 24/7. The place is spacious and can accommodate your party comfortably. We had help keep our place tidy, which was wonderful considering we were all on vacation. Roberta was communicative and efficient with responding - sharing her local recommendations and truly made it feel like we had a friend in Rio. Views from every room, it was difficult to decide which one to select (considering I was the birthday celebrant!) I'm the type of traveler who likes being away from the city and enjoying more local areas. It is close to the city, however, be cautious that traffic will make getting to city attractions a bit much longer (but it is worth it)! All in all, the place is affordable and definitely worth it!

Maria, as a host, was excellent at all times of the stay, and proactive at all times. The place in the photo is beautiful, and the view too, but in person it's surreal, much more. I got the stay I was looking for: to feel at home, but in another place, and I did, I already felt at home. Saying goodbye was hard, it was so good. I'd like to come back more often.

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

The house is beautiful and identical to the photos, everything is clean, fragrant and organized, it has air conditioning, fans and is also well ventilated. Good location near the shops. Duane is very nice and responds quickly! super recommend!

BEST HOST!!! We have collectively stayed in 100s of Airbnb’s and Marcos is by far the best host we’ve ever had. Anything you need Marcos is always on top of it. Incredibly kind and helpful guy! His space is amazing: spectacular view, quiet at night (fall asleep to the sound of the ocean), two routers with VERY fast wifi, ample space and comfortable beds. Right outside of the apartment is a walking/biking path that you can take for a short walk or bike to Leblon beach. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rio!

It accommodated the whole family well, we lacked absolutely nothing, well-equipped kitchen, wonderful hosts. If we need to, we'll be back.

During the carnival, my family and I had a wonderful stay in a welcoming and well-equipped home, perfect for those traveling with small children. The house offered everything we needed: cradle, bathtub and a playground that delighted our baby, as well as a pool that provided fun for our eldest daughter. The proximity to shopping malls, with special children's programming, was a fantastic differential. Hosts were extremely kind and helpful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend to those seeking rest and family comfort.

We were in a group of 4 and we all enjoyed our stay. This airbnb was very close (walking distance) to lots of good restaurants and Leblon's shooping mall and to the beach. The host was super attentive and was always helpful when we needed. The place was clean like the pictures and we would definately book again if we ever come back to Rio. Overall is was an great experience.

It was a great stay, the condominium is excellent, for those who seek tranquility and practicality, it was easy to access, it is safe, has everything necessary and Sergio was a great host. The beach is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet to walk, places with good benefit, pharmacy. The view of the apartment is beautiful, facing the beach. It is close to Praia da Reserva (10min of Itaú bike, which is next to it), which is surreal of beautiful!

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. I am grateful to Ana for all information and availability.

The apartment is exactly as described, as well as being super clean, organized and with all the basic utensils for the stay (linens, bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc. - all of good quality and clean). Adriana was super helpful the whole time, answering our questions and being flexible with our check-out. We had a small problem with a leak (a normal thing, and that did not affect our positive experience at all) and she helped us promptly. I highly recommend the apartment and the host, and I hope to be able to return other times.

We were delighted with the structure of the condominium and the apartment! Everything super organized, clean beyond the staff of the condominium and Karina helpful and polite from the beginning, all the time we felt at home. We have already indicated, and we will definitely be back again soon :)

Olivia’s place is absolutely perfect. Very charming and nicely decorated. Very spacious and well equipped. Perfect for families! We were 5 there, me and my wife, a 75y old and my 2 kids (12 and 9 year old). It was perfect for all. Spotless clean and located at a very quiet/calm residential part of Leblon, but at same time at only a 5min walk (literally) from everything good Leblon has to offer (beach, restaurants, bars, nice shops). Very safe and modern building with all amenities. Garage spot should you need one a major plus. Olivia is a wonderful host (very responsive and make you feel at home). Don’t hesitate to book it.
