In a gated community, this house was made by a very special architect named Dedé. It's a great house for friends and family. Perfect for those who like to cook, have comfort and admire one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! I spent many of the best moments of my life here. It has a poetry all its own. You need to experience it to feel what I'm trying to describe here. I'm biased, I know, but I recommend the experience. The house is also the setting of the book The Enchanter of People. =)

The room is well lit due to glass doors that give access to the cottage's private backyard, which has a barbecue and garden. Distance of 900 meters from the beach, approximately 11 minutes on foot.
