Simply wonderful! The beach house, Gerusa, exceeded all expectations. Since the time of arrival, it is already possible to feel the care and affection with which every detail was thought of. The house is extremely clean, organized and decorated with very good taste, creating a cozy and welcoming environment. The location is perfect: close to the beach, with a lovely view and a constant breeze that makes everything even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and impeccable bedding. The outdoor area is a true paradise – clean pool, well-kept garden, barbecue and plenty of space to gather family or friends. Gerusa is an exceptional host! Attenciosa, friendly and always willing to help with anything. She made sure our stay was quiet and unforgettable. Without a doubt, I recommend the beach house of Gerusa for those looking for rest, beauty and a top-notch service. I intend to return soon!

Excellent home!  It is well equipped and the rooms are extremely clean and organized. The view of the landscape is divine, I would even say that the pictures don't do it justice. The space is very comfortable and has 4 suites + one bathroom. The location is perfect, getting close to the grocery stores you can call to make deliveries, and the tourist spot “way of Moses”. Mr. Nido, the homemaker, welcomed us very well and was always willing to answer our questions.   Improvement suggestions: 1. The staircase leading to the beach does not provide security, especially for people who are 60+ or PCD, an evaluation is required to improve it.  2. The sides of the house need more powerful reflectors, since the part where the shower is located is a bit dark and so does the part near the wall. That said, Pedro is a great host and the stay was wonderful. I would recommend it to others and hope to come back more often.

Marcela's house is excellent for all ages: it has space for children to play, with a private pool and a beach volleyball court in front of it, and it is a "ground floor" house with the exception of 1 (one) bedroom, which facilitates the mobility of elderly people or people with disabilities. It has large and cozy spaces. The house is "on the sand" and has a sensational view of the beautiful Peroba Beach (excellent for physical activities and swimming in the sea). In addition, Sandra's recommendation was essential for our maximum comfort during the stay.

The house is simply excellent! All very clean, organized and with an impeccable structure, which perfectly served our stay. The host is extremely attentive and careful with every detail — I've never seen anything like it! And the cook is wonderful: each meal is prepared with great affection and flavor. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The apartment is exceptional, very well planned and with all the necessary items for a quiet and comfortable accommodation. Despite a setback with the cleanliness, Adriana solved the problem quickly, providing a great stay. There are unforeseen events that can happen, but at this time we can see how committed the host is to providing great hosting. I recommend the property 100%, as the beach where it is located I have already visited a few times and I can say that it is a paradise, just a few steps from your door. The condominium is excellent, with pools, whirlpool, sauna, restaurant and mini-market for essential items. Planning to travel to Carneiros for sure I will choose this property again.

Everything posted on the page was as is, more than what you see in them. A quiet place,sure, close to the pedestrian center. Ocean view and private beach access. The equipment of the spectacular kitchen. Just a suggestion, clarify that water and light drums must be paid when handing over the keys, not included in the price of the accommodation.

The accommodation at the flat Rooftop Tamandaré was all within expectations. The apartment matches the listing. The photos are identical to accommodations. Lorena best host possible, always helpful and requests. Very friendly, cheerful and quickly reply to messages. The differential of the place for sure is the kitchen utensils, it has everything and a little more. There is no need to bring salt or seasonings, for example. Tamandaré is very quiet and close to Carneiros beach.

The stay at the residence of Mr. Alfredo, by the sea, was simply wonderful. A charming place, perfect for those seeking rest, tranquility and the privilege of being in direct contact with the beauty of the sea. The gentle breeze, the sound of the waves and the incredible view make every moment special. I couldn't help thanking Mrs. Francisca too, who welcomed us with such kindness and attention. Our reception was excellent and made all the difference in our experience. A true paradise to relax and recharge!

Maria Luisa was a great host. The apartment is extremely pleasant, beautiful and impeccable. She treated me and my family very well. The building's common areas are excellent, clean pool and warm water. Not to mention the amazing rooftop view. The beach in front is wonderful, which gave us great memories. Finally, I recommend the stay!

Apartment well located. Excellent and good taste in decoration by its owner Ricardo. It is a comfortable, new and quiet apartment. I highlight the comfort of the beds, the 3 excellent air conditioning equipment, as well as the beautiful and modern kitchens and refrigerators. Super available security personnel. They let us be in the pool a few hours after checking in. It is worth mentioning that they give you a hielera and there are two beds under the large bed, which I discovered on the third day, haha. they were not detailed in the listing. This apartment is worth it and the complex is incredible. The location is excellent and the apartment owner's recommendations were complete. Amazing experience, what a lovely place. It’s a little bit hard found any word to describe this paradise. Amazing, I want to be back on other time!

Excellent apartment located within a condominium with several swimming pools for children and adults, which you can enjoy after the beach, it even has bars to continue enjoying caipirinhas or whatever you want. It has direct access to the beach, with security guards. There are also rich restaurants around to have lunch or dinner near the condominium, including: Gazella, Maracaju and Cocoroco. It has connectivity with Uber and parking lots to go by car. We enjoyed it a lot!! Thank you Alyson for always being attentive!! :D

We rented the house for a weekend with friends and it was perfect! Marisa always responded quickly and kindly, answering all our questions about the house. The house view is perfect! When we open the door, we are already on the sand. The house is quite spacious, it only has a little problem with some locks on the doors of the bedrooms and bathrooms, but nothing that would hinder the stay. Dona Zezé and her Aldo live in the back of the house and are extremely kind and helpful! For a previously agreed amount, we had all our meals prepared by Dona Zezé, all delicious. I recommend it for sure!

The house is in the very safe and quiet spot. A good place for those who want to rest. It is also close to the center, where we find everything we need. Nor did I miss the beach of Carneiro, which is also close. The host is very helpful. We would definitely return.

A wonderful place, nice and very well located. The place is very neat and organized, with described in the images and descriptions. The host is super kind, warm and proactive, not to mention the companion Samba and Cacau, of the wonderful beings.

The apartment is beautiful. The great location, 3 blocks from downtown beaches but very clean and quiet. The complex in general is very nice and clean. Rita and all the staff were very friendly and willing. The apartment has everything you need to cook and several appliances including a water filter, which came super so as not to spend on it. I would come back without hesitation.

My experience at Morada Sapoti e Juá was simply exceptional! The apartment is modern, extremely comfortable and decorated with impeccable care in every detail — you can see the affection and attention of hosts in each environment. Everything is new and very well maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I did not find any negative points, only reasons to praise and recommend to everyone looking for a differentiated experience in Carneiros. Sure, I'll be back!

We had incredible moments as a family at Flávia's house. Very quiet place for children, super functional house, pleasant place, nice sea. Definitely a find! Great At cost benefit . Flávia is always very polite and proactive. We love it.
