The house is in the very safe and quiet spot. A good place for those who want to rest. It is also close to the center, where we find everything we need. Nor did I miss the beach of Carneiro, which is also close. The host is very helpful. We would definitely return.

Excellent home!  It is well equipped and the rooms are extremely clean and organized. The view of the landscape is divine, I would even say that the pictures don't do it justice. The space is very comfortable and has 4 suites + one bathroom. The location is perfect, getting close to the grocery stores you can call to make deliveries, and the tourist spot “way of Moses”. Mr. Nido, the homemaker, welcomed us very well and was always willing to answer our questions.   Improvement suggestions: 1. The staircase leading to the beach does not provide security, especially for people who are 60+ or PCD, an evaluation is required to improve it.  2. The sides of the house need more powerful reflectors, since the part where the shower is located is a bit dark and so does the part near the wall. That said, Pedro is a great host and the stay was wonderful. I would recommend it to others and hope to come back more often. 

We had a great stay! The house is very comfortable, with spacious, well-lit and ventilated environments, providing a constant feeling of well-being. The view of the pool with the sea in the background is simply breathtaking! Moreover, the experience of drinking coconut water straight from the coconut tree in the garden is something unique and unforgettable — a true privilege. I also highlight the attention and support of the host, Claudia, always very helpful and caring, which made our experience even more special!

Our stay was very pleasant. In fact, the location right on the sand is a differential, cozy look, warm sea and natural pools that favor sea bathing and facilitate logistics and well-being. The house is really spacious, airy and accommodated our group well. However, the attached suite, which is outside the house, did not meet expectations, as the room smells musty and the bathroom was not clean....no one was able to stay in this room!! When we arrived, we found problems with small leaks in 2 bathrooms and 1 damaged shower, which were practically solved by the employee sent by the owner, who was very attentive... we also requested the repair of the wooden access ladder to the beach, which although improved, does not offer the necessary comfort and safety. Beach umbrellas and chairs could be improved, as some were compromised and did not provide the comfort we expected. We found the change of sheets/towels to be time-consuming!! But, it was worth the stay!

Impeccable reception. The place is very beautiful, I felt at home. Very pleasant pool area. Hostess always available and responds quickly. My pet was very comfortable, we love the place and we intend to return other times.

We only have compliments to do. The reception was wonderful, Gustavo always very attentive and helpful! There we were greeted by Maria and Vicente, always very requested and agile! The impeccable house, cleanliness and structure surprised us! The location is the high point, being a few meters from a wonderful beach for bathing! We will return without doubt!

We had a great time. This place will have made our vacation unforgettable. The pool is fantastic. The beautiful and well-maintained garden. The house is clean the interior spaces are large. We enjoyed the barbecue and the beach with private access for the whole neighborhood. Fully secure neighborhood. We loved it. The kids too.

I liked the accommodation. The house is beautiful. Fabio was attentive at all times and was able to solve everything quickly when we had an air conditioning problem. The surroundings are beautiful. The low tides cause paths to form in the water that allow you to reach inland places in the sea. We really enjoyed it. It's a paradise of a place.

We rented the house for a weekend with friends and it was perfect! Marisa always responded quickly and kindly, answering all our questions about the house. The house view is perfect! When we open the door, we are already on the sand. The house is quite spacious, it only has a little problem with some locks on the doors of the bedrooms and bathrooms, but nothing that would hinder the stay. Dona Zezé and her Aldo live in the back of the house and are extremely kind and helpful! For a previously agreed amount, we had all our meals prepared by Dona Zezé, all delicious. I recommend it for sure!

We feel at home , beautiful view, immovable according to the still more beautiful and cozy photos! We'll be back for sure 🥰

It was very good, very close to the main beach of Porto de Galinhas.

Holiday for rest with family and friends. The place was perfect. Beach of calm and warm waters. Boa tb for walks. Bungalow overlooking the sea, and close to all the comforts of the condominium. The hostess indicated to us a diarist, Luana, who cooks very well, and was always very helpful.

We loved the stay, we were delighted with the architecture of the house, very cozy. The well-equipped house of everything we needed everything impeccable,the cleanliness note 1000 congratulations. It was a wonderful weekend that we spent as a family.

We went on a family trip to Maragogi. Two kids, my wife and I. The house is not brand new but it is fantastic. It is in a condo but is one of the best houses there as it has direct access to the beach, a 50 meter walk barefoot on a sandy path shaded by lush coconut trees. The grounds are meticulously kept by the condominium staff daily and there is 24 hour security with an on duty guard at all times. The pool, although small is verry nice, clean and well kept. It is an excellent complement to the beach so you can easily move from one to another. Next to the pool, a sandy volleyball court graces the grounds for a bit of family sport. We went in the low season on the week before easter. The temperatures were always above 30ºC and the water temperature was around the same you transit in and out of the water effortlessly which is amazing. The sheets and towels were spotless and of high standard and the beds were very comfortable. Well done Vitor and Rosana. I hope I can return someday.

Excellent apartment located within a condominium with several swimming pools for children and adults, which you can enjoy after the beach, it even has bars to continue enjoying caipirinhas or whatever you want. It has direct access to the beach, with security guards. There are also rich restaurants around to have lunch or dinner near the condominium, including: Gazella, Maracaju and Cocoroco. It has connectivity with Uber and parking lots to go by car. We enjoyed it a lot!! Thank you Alyson for always being attentive!! :D

home according to photos, well decorated, comfortable, functional, privileged location, within a Condominium, with many leisure and security areas, is next to the new rams water park, very attentive Vanessa and Alecia gave full support in the house, preparing the meals. I will return with veracity

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cozhego house. There is a paradise beach in the backyard of the house. We thank the hosts who have welcomed us with regional chitutes and coconut water, and also to Mr Manoel for the tour in the natural pools. It was very worth it!

Wonderful stay. Very well located house, facing the beautiful sea of Carneiros and equipped with everything we needed. We are a kind host and with quick reply to our questions. Special highlight also for Rafaela, a friendly and helpful collaborator, who contributed too much to a worry-free weekend. I recommend and intend to return.

My family and I love the environment, a wonderful space where we all feel very comfortable, Suziane is always very attentive. Not to mention that the children didn't even want to go home. Super recommend 😉

Casa marvellous. Needs some small aesthetic repairs in its interior, further improving the sleeping rooms (painting, furniture, etc.). But this does not compromise the quality of the stay. the anfritian was super solicitous. Bruno was quite agile in responding to any demand and everything went smoothly.

We had incredible moments as a family at Flávia's house. Very quiet place for children, super functional house, pleasant place, nice sea. Definitely a find! Great At cost benefit . Flávia is always very polite and proactive. We love it.

Well-distributed and organized Apart hotel. Everything works very well. And the main: The air conditioning snows in the heat of Tamandaré!!! Owner responds quickly and provides all support for the stay.
