Clean, comfortable and airy accommodation. Very kindness of the building's hostess and staff. Great services offered to guests: heated pool,mini market, leisure spaces and even fresh bread every day for breakfast!

It was all perfect!! the apartment is very cozy, all very clean and new. The building structure in the common areas is great, with swimming pool, sauna, gym and laundry. I intend to go back and re offendo.

Impeccable, I loved it!! At first I was a little insecure but Claudia offered me all the support, always.

Excellent apartment, as per the listing description. Sofa bed and comfortable bed. Space with all the necessary utensils. The view of the apartment is great. the building has great staff, pleasant pool, all the spaces of the building are good. Even though it was feriadão and the building full there was no mess. Near the feirinha, the main Av. with all kinds of commerce. Hostãs responds quickly, is attentive, the check in super easy. I highly recommend it.

The house is better that the kkkk photos met our needs well, Mrs. Edinéia and DN Marina super courteous, the hospitality was great we felt at home , wonderful people the house is very close to the beach, it is super worth meeting!

It was our first experience on Airbnb and we really enjoyed it! The house is spacious, it was clean, it's well located and safe! The neighborhood is quiet and has everything you need nearby, and the house is close to 3 beaches! We had a small incident with the door to the bathroom and the owner provided all the necessary support! Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. The hosts surprised us a lot, they were very kind, polite, and considerate. Upon our arrival, they had prepared a breakfast for our family. They gave us all the instructions about the house and helped us with everything we need during our hosting. The house is very spacious, comfortable and with a beautiful barbecue area. Great stay in an impeccable home We rented this house in Guarujá to reunite our family and the experience was excellent. The house is exactly like in the pictures: wide, well-equipped, clean and very well maintained. All rooms are comfortable and functional, ideal for large groups. The outdoor area is a standout, perfect for moments of leisure and rest. The entire structure has fully met our expectations. We would also like to thank the responsible team, which was extremely attentive, cordial and efficient throughout the stay. I highly recommend and we will certainly return at another time.

We travel with family ( children, the elderly and pets). The house is just like the pictures. Breezy, clear, and clean. Joceli asks a lot, always responding cordially and quickly. We hired Kelly's services, which served us in a caring and respectful way. Unfortunately during our stay the sauna and dishwasher were in repair. Regarding the location of the house to the beach, if you are going with young children and the elderly you will need to use the car to move around ( this did not harm the stay at all, but it is worth the information).

The host is very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is comfortable, with excellent en-suites, great heated pool, location close to everything (shopping, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant and supermarket), and polite building staff. The beach has a fun and quiet atmosphere. My family loved it and we plan to come back.

Great apartment, everything as advertised. Condominio mto bom with playroom and outdoor playground. Very good for bringing children. I will vote more often. Only one issue that had only air-conditioning in the living room and in 1 bedroom, the other room was without air-conditioning.
