I had a great stay at the property, which is charming! The space was cozy, well decorated and extremely clean, with all the necessary items to make me feel at home. The bed was comfortable, the lighting was cozy and the atmosphere was quiet, ideal for resting. The location was also a great plus, with easy access to the supermarket and pharmacy. Without a doubt, a pleasant and welcoming experience that I intend to repeat.

The opportunity to be in space really came as a gift. A beautiful apartment, full of plants that bring an even greater lightness to the space, with a spectacular view. Leonardo was an excellent host, always available and concerned with providing a great stay. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos. Everything is very organized. Patrícia was super kind to release the check-in earlier. I am so grateful for this! 🙏 The only drawback is that you have to climb stairs (if you have a suitcase, this is kind of bad) and there is no television -> but this information is already clear in the listing, and I booked knowing. I don't have anything to complain about! I recommend it and I will come back other times :)

It was my first time staying in this space and the experience was amazing. The building is modern and sophisticated, with a rooftop with a swimming pool, a gym and a pleasant atmosphere to have a wine at night. The view of the apartment is breathtaking — the sea and the reefs give you a nice day.

The stay was excellent! The apartment was clean, very well maintained and with cozy decor. The space is a great size. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works very well and the shower has great pressure. The location is also a plus: a safe neighborhood, with easy access to markets, pharmacies and restaurants. Communication with the host was quick and attentive throughout the stay. I would certainly host again!

It was very worthwhile to have stayed in this apartment. When we arrived there was a snack served in the apartment, very kind of the host. Very functional apartment near Shopping Boa Vista, supermarket, busy street which made it easy to call an Uber. Although the street is busy, the sound insulation of the windows is good, you can sleep well.
