Quiet place,safe and family atmosphere. Excellent location to get to know Maceió Centro and the beaches of the South Coast,about 20 min.... Place we will recommend to friends and family. obs:We are grateful for the flexibility of check in and check out.

Great place Location: The house is a few minutes away from the beach and the French village, and it is quiet to go and go back walking, including the evening. I recommend walking back and forth because the traffic on the beach is bad and to park it was complicated. Go and return walking was more practical. About the House: The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking a meal. It met all of our needs. It has a stove, oven, sandwich maker and pots. The cabinets are labeled, so it's easy to find dishes, glasses, cups and save everything in the right place. Children loved the pool swimming pool. You can use the barbecue as well. Although a room has no air conditioning, it is not warm because it has a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The garage fits up to 03 small cars. Mas 02 cars is ideal I highly recommend the house.

An excellent house in a very good Condominium between Marechal Deodoro that gives access to Praia do Francês and Maceió... very kind, attentive couple... anyway, my family and I were there now in early January/ 2025 and it certainly left a taste of wanting more!!

We had a very quiet stay. The house is just like the photos and the description. The place is quiet and safe. Leidjane was spectacular in welcoming us and giving us all the necessary support!!! I highly recommend it!!

We stayed at Casa Prema to get to know Ipioca, and the space not only matched but exceeded expectations. The space is extremely cozy, beautiful, cozy, optimally located right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view of the bedroom door to a very blue sea. Daniel and Inês were perfect hosts, with light and cosy energy. Delicious Breakfast and Dinner. Another highlight was the work of Inês, very immersive and very relaxing, excellent professional! Staying there was a real experience.

Perfect location, everything within walking distance, beach, handicraft fair, raft pick-up point, pharmacy, market, countless restaurants! Safe entrance to the building, very helpful reception! My stay in Pajuçara was simply wonderful! The host, Maria das Graças, was extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful from the first contact to the time of check-out. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location - close to the beach, restaurants and tourist spots. I also highlight the small details that made all the difference: the organization of the space, the super comfortable bed, and even local tips she shared with me, which greatly enriched my experience in the city. I definitely felt at home and wanted to come back. I highly recommend the accommodation to everyone who is coming to Maceió. Thank you for everything!

We love your stay! Easy to find, by the sea/back street/garage, all well signposted. Fully equipped kitchen, and with basic items (coffee, filter, salt, detergent) - we also leave coffee, filter and spices😬 Super comfortable bed, very dark room for sleeping❤️ There is a food park 5 minutes away that has all kinds of food and drink! Several kiosks on the avenue too! Eduardo also recommended us to very beautiful beaches nearby, 15 min by Uber, Guaxuma and Garça Torta, beautiful and with good structure! The balcony overlooks the sea, and it's a great place to have breakfast there in the morning! They even had two beach chairs in the apartment, but we only saw them on the last day🤣 It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it!

Perfect! Very cozy and comfortable, as well as beautiful and very well located. The sound of restaurants and street bars are quite noticeable at night, but it does not bother with the closed window. The hosts were also very solitative and dear to us. I would definitely return again!

Great space, the building has a great leisure area but the landscape now has a contribution right in front of the view to the sea. As my focus was to go out and do many walks I loved and would super come back. The bed and the pillows are impeccable. Everything is very nice.

if I were to talk about what I didn't like, it would be the time of entry and exit with the car. The floor was always being scraped. But that was all. Everything was impeccable.

We had a great stay, the apartment is well equipped and cozy, the host was very kind and made us feel completely at ease. The neighborhood has everything, varied bars and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, a handicraft fair, a food truck square and the view of the sea is really beautiful. I hope to return soon.

The apartment is very complete and comfortable, all extremely clean and well taken care of. Large and airborne space. The rooms are dark what I particularly like, good beds and pillows, large cabinets, clean and spacious bathrooms, complete kitchen in utensils, good bed and bath linens. The location is very good, several options for bars and restaurants nearby. It is a little further away from the tourist attractions such as a feirinha, photo spots, busier stalls and bathing area… but nothing that a walk and 5 to 10 min drive does not solve.

Organized Condominium, good leisure area, well-kept apartment, beautiful sea view from the balcony and wonderful beach. The price was high, but we must take into account that it was a period of carnival.

The apartment is impeccable, it had everything we need. Quiet, no noise. Very good location. Foot in the sand. Calminous sea. Private beach. Very good pool. Mr. Lafayete was very helpful. We met a demand that arose during hosting in the utmost peace of mind. We'll be back for sure! I highly recommend it.

Ed. Côte D'Azur is very well located in a prime area of Maceió. Apartment 114 is spacious and superbly decorated. It has almost everything you need (I just missed an Air Fryer). Paula Mauro is a great host and communication with her is easy and fast. I stayed there for 2 months and I have nothing to complain about. Perfect stay, and I intend to return very soon.

Excellent stay, super well located near the beach of jatiuca and restaurants, condominium with 24h market, gym, apartment was super clean and the owner always responded very quickly, I recommend it for anyone who wants comfort and ease
