Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia do Massaguaçu

The apartment is wonderful beautiful landscape, very clean house, wonderful jacuzzi. alexandre was very attentive and helpful.

The great place to stay, especially if you consider the distance from the beach, the otimos kioskes and the square next door that has a lot of trailers at night. It is very close to Cocanha. Quiet and comfortable but the building and the apartment has stairs then beware of the size of the bags or shopping. In addition, the owner is super attentive and clarified all doubts, 10, I recommend it.

Internal space, as per flawless listing, kitchen and bathroom, we very much like the accommodations/facilities, host has given clear information and we thank you from heart for the accommodation, we love to have stayed in the apt !!

I really liked the place, very good structure and organized. Excellent breakfast with options for those who eat or do not eat dairy products, which helped me a lot because I am allergic. Great market inside the space, pool and the beach in front is very private. I recommend it

We only have to praise! Amazing accommodation, the neighborhood is quiet, and it is close to the center. The location is great for getting to know the beaches of both the South and the North. The studio is complete, clean and VERY cozy, we even had pain in the heart of leaving. The Vinicius host is very helpful and we would respond super quickly to any questions. In short: AMAMOS ☺️ We'll always come back!

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We did not suffer from rubberies or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very quiet to leave them there while we were going for a walk. Katya was flexible with the check-out time, which allowed us to make our last day very short. I highly recommend it.

It was wonderful to host, amazing view, great for me and my family. It was perfect! I recommend it and if it's right to come back, it would stay again.

Compliments only Alexandre was extremely solicitous and present since before we closed the house, when we were still answering questions. Dona Rosângela also very friendly and understanding. A sweetheart! As for the property: it was like being at home. Completest and very clean. We enjoyed the structure a lot and did not want to leave rs. We intend to return with more time to get to know more about the city, as there is a lot to do and tourism for all tastes. Note 10!

The house is simply sensational! Very comfortable, well equipped and perfect for resting with the family. The view is wonderful, the ones that we miss just looking at the photos later. The beach is very close, with easy access, and the best: it was empty and super pleasant, ideal for going with children in all tranquility. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout the stay, made us feel right at home. I would definitely come back more often and I recommend with my eyes closed!

Simply fantastic! The place exceeded all our expectations. It was perfect for us as a couple and for our dogs, who loved the space. The house is very cozy, clean and well equipped, with all the details thought out with great care. The outdoor area is very good, safe and ideal for pets to run and play freely. We felt at home from the first moment. The hospitality was impeccable: attentive, helpful, and always available for any questions. Without a doubt, a place to return to many times. Our first time at the house and we already know it will be the first of many! Besides being beautiful and looking like a paradise, it is super well structured and clean. The hosts were attentive and helpful! Comfortable beds, super complete kitchen… in short, absolutely nothing to point out. Besides the location being great, as we already knew. Quiet beach, calm sea and not much movement, and at the same time safe and close to all the shops you may need :)

Refuge is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you normally only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, the bedrooms, the whole surroundings. I hope to return soon.

The accommodation is really a dream, very cozy, quiet. If you are looking for a place to connect with nature, this is the right place! Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with gym, sauna, rooftop pool with a gorgeous look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

We really like the chalet, it's beautiful. It's complete, the hostess is very attentive, the view from the chalet to the pool is beautiful. My family and I love staying at the cottage, it was worth it, the price is very good.🙏🏽🙌🏽🥰😍🌅

Loved the apartment - the view is beautiful. The apt is even better than showing in the pictures, extremely clean and with everything you need, and the sunrise views are incredible. There are lots of cats in the complex that would come around and stay with you if you let them, absolutely LOVED it. Would come back! 🥰

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention by Sergio, I felt at home, because the apt offers all the amenities necessary for the daily life on the coast and after a day of the beach finish with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Super recompense!

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
