Holiday rentals with a pool in Praia do Pina

The house has an excellent leisure area, clean and preserved, as well as in the photos. The pool was cleaned every day. The kitchen is well assembled with all the household items needed to welcome guests. All bedrooms have working air-conditioned rooms and comfortable beds. The house has a good lighting project and its location within the reserve ensures an excellent sense of security. Bed linen were in a clean, huddled room, which we used every day. Special attention should be paid to the showers in the bathrooms that are struggling to heat up. The host Mariana always presented quick answers about the house during the lodging, being very lonely and attentive. The boys who take care of the pool and the external cleaning was also well educated and attentive. The house has a renovated area that will bring even more benefits if it continues to be rented.

Amamos stay onsite. The place is very private and we can be very comfortable. Large Pool for adults and children. And very good. The host has always been in touch with us and giving all the necessary support of what we need. Everything works properly, within the conformes. We did not have a problem with Uber to move around. Supermercados, pharmacies and everything else we need was close, you could walk. Without a doubt, we would stay again and super indicated. Thank you for everything!

The house is very pleasant, airy, spacious, quiet with urban noises, although near the main street. Commerce nearby. Beautiful and cozy garden, well flowered and with lots of birds. Well manicured and very tasty pool. Large rooms. Quantity of beds and bathrooms ideal for the number of guests possible. All beds with clean and well-maintained bedding, clean and sufficient towels for the number of guests. Alexandre was always very receptive, allowed us to visit the house before we closed the rent, was flexible regarding check-in and check-out, treated us with great cordiality, enthusiasm and education. Amazing house in the colonial style with beautiful decor and paintings. WiFi worked extremely well, also in the pool area. The pool was lovely and the towels for the pool were excellent quality. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the kitchen utensils you could need. Very nice and well maintained garden area with plants. Everything was really great. We loved our stay at the house. The only thing we missed was a barbecue in the pool area, that would have made it even better. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the house and for Maria Cecilia and Janaína who welcomed us. Communication was great. Natalia's house was a big surprise. It was even better than in the photos. The house is located in the middle of the old town and is still very, very quiet. It is very individually furnished. The highlight for us was actually the garden area with views over the city and a pool, which is buried by trees and provides a welcome cooling in the heat. You are in the middle of a paradise with total privacy. P.S. Don't forget the mosquito spray.

Very good accommodation, very responsive host. The place is close to medical centers and bakeries and seems like a walkable place. I thought it was excellent.

Great stay. Silvia was flexible on check-in and the apartment was adjustable, well clean and equipped. It wasn't the first time we stayed in it and it certainly won't be the last. I recommend it to everyone. Note: Only one detail I would like to mention is with respect to air conditioning, I believe that the weather would be more pleasant after a cleaning in the filter. It cooled reasonably, it didn't bother you, but it could perform better. Overall we like it a lot <3
