Kamilla was super helpful, the apartment is impeccable and we can enjoy all the areas of the resort, in addition to the convenience of entering Beach Park, which is just across the street and we can enter 1 hour before. I highly recommend it to everyone and I will return more often!!

The accommodation was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was at our disposal, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Ariadna was always there for us whenever we needed her, proving to be extremely attentive, careful and quick to respond on Airbnb. The location of the condominium is excellent, very well located, close to Beach Park and the beautiful beaches of the region, which made our tours much easier. The condominium structure is also wonderful, with incredible pools that provided great moments of leisure. My experience at this Airbnb was great! The host was super attentive and quickly answered all my questions, which made me feel very safe from the start. The apartment is clean, comfortable, well-equipped and has a beautiful view. One of the most positive aspects is that, even though it is a private booking made by Airbnb, guests have full access to the resort's facilities, such as swimming pools, leisure areas and other amenities. The staff at the place were always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is very organized and welcoming. 24-hour security also provides a lot of peace of mind throughout the stay. The location is great, with supermarkets and shops nearby, which makes everyday life much easier. It was a light, safe and very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend and would come back without a second thought!

The apartment corresponds to what is described in the listing. Very well decorated, with all the amenities, finally a super cosy space. We have been a few times in the same condominium and this was by far the best apartment we know. We noticed good taste in decoration and attention to detail. Our only dissatisfaction was not with the apartment, but with the quality of the restaurant's food that fell a lot (we do not recommend eating on it). In addition, the hostess was always attentive and made us feel at home.

The stay was excellent! The apartment was clean, well organized and with everything we needed, even the cutlery was super complete. Very comfortable, functional and with a beautiful decoration. The leisure area of the building is large, beautiful and very cozy, just like the photos. We would be back for sure!

Far beyond what the ad shows! The accommodation is inside a resort, by the pool and the blue sea. That's already worth a lot! The condominium is extremely beautiful and well maintained, very green, very good indoor restaurant and impeccable breakfast, comfort in every corner, many attentive staff, life-saving for the sea and pool bathing, many chairs on the beach, good gym, tennis court with available material, among dozens of other activities and attractions for children. With a short walk, you can access the beach or the blue village with a night show, a nearby market, and there are also restaurants nearby. It was a real find, with a much better cost benefit than the best resorts in Ceará! And finally, I commend Paulo's hospitality and kindness, who from the beginning gave us his utmost attention, always available and made sure to show us what was nearby. I will return more often and will recommend it a lot

Excellent location. Beautiful view of the sea and Beach Park. Super ventilated, clean, well decorated apartment. The Aqua Park is wonderful for children, with recreation until 10 pm. My children loved it. The owners were kind and super available. I highly recommend it

I spent the carnival 2025 in the appr of Larissa. She always very kind and super accessible. The ap was true to the listing, with towels and bedding for all guests. Very well equipped, very comfortable and easily accessible to the entertainment areas of the complex, as well as being ground floor, which already brings a greater convenience. Apt for the family. I went with my husband and 2 children, accommodated them all well. Well equipped kitchen, enough utensils. Very comfortable bath and sleeping. Best impossible location, literally in front of the beach park and the exclusive entrance to it. The condominium has excellent structure, good restaurant with fair price and recreation for children. We will definitely return more often!

Excellent option for those who want to stay close to the Fish Market! The apartment is very beautiful and exactly like the photos, with everything the guests need! Being able to watch the sunset from the balcony is a privilege for few! Since at this time of year the sun sets over the sea, right in front of the apartment! We had a wonderful stay, in the best place to vacation in Fortaleza. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for the day to day, with new, modern kitchen appliances and tasteful decor. Apt. with great location, sea view, super close to the pool and the food trucks. We had a problem with the air-conditioning of one of the rooms, and the next day they installed another brand new one. Tais always responded to me promptly and with a lot of education!

I went with my family for the days of Carnival and we love it! From the beginning, communication with Wagner was very fast and good. I asked him to install shipowners because my grandfather does not sleep in bed and he has installed shipowners throughout the apartment. The condominium has a lot of structure and good restaurants, which made it very easy to eat these days that we were there. It also has a good gym, which pays R$10.00/day. The apt is also well equipped and had everything we need. Large rooms and bathrooms, all with air conditioning, which made everyone well accommodated. The location is great, the condominium gives access to the beach and on a short walk (~15-20 min), you can reach Beach Park. From apt to the beach it is necessary to walk a little inside the condominium, but nothing bad. Only if they have people with mobility issues, that was my case. It was with two elderly people over 90 years old and one physically disabled. So we rented a wheelchair before the trip for those moments.

We were 3 couples, each with a child, the convenience was simply perfect, everything in the apartment in perfect condition, all spaces such as barbecue, Jacuzzi, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms perfectly met our needs, the sea view simply perfect, great place to bathe and have fun with the children, the leisure area of the condominium is very good, the pools are heated and the place is a delight. Another thing that caught my attention was the security of the condominium, they are always attentive to who arrives and who leaves, everything is very safe, all employees are very helpful and polite, I could not fail to congratulate our host Dante who left nothing to be desired, always very attentive and made us very comfortable, we felt at home during these days. Just to finish, the condominium is on the seafront with access to the beach, the place is perfect for swimming in the sea and walking at the end of the day, so for the next guests enjoy your stay!🙏🏻🌊?

The very comfortable, clean and organized apartment, super close to beack Park we walked there and to blue sea villa. I and my family lived incredible days there and when we arrived at the apartment we were greeted with some pampering . Dan and Vanessa are to be congratulated for the entire organization and affection they welcome their guests. I loved having step these days hosted at her apartment.
