I had the most incredible experience staying at this apartment in Ipanema. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the panoramic ocean views — it truly felt like waking up in a postcard every day. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and comfy bedding. The location couldn't be better. Just steps from the sand and close to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. I always felt safe walking around, even at night. Watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of every evening — absolutely magical. The host was warm, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure I felt at home from day one. If you're thinking about staying in Rio, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem. I can’t wait to come back!

The ap of Pedro is exactly as described in the photos. The space was clean and very well equipped. The fact of not Being able to open the glass windows does not hinder anything in sight. The windows were extremely clean and a small open side part helps with ventilation. I loved and strongly recommend it.

The stay was wonderful! It exceeded expectations. Great location, close to bakeries, restaurants, shops in general. We had everything at the disposal of utensils to make our meals. We were greeted with beer and biscuits, which was an incredible differential we weren't expecting. The host was very proactive explaining to us everything we needed. We felt at home and we will definitely be back again!

I would like to thank Fernando for having us in his flat. The space is very comfortable, offers a good structure and the location is great! The flat offers linens, everything is clean and fragrant. The room and living room are air-conditioned, the shower is gas, very tasty! Fernando still worried about leaving a good hairdryer for use. The kitchenette offers the necessary dishes and pans, as well as a microwave, air fryer and coffee maker. The checkin was super quiet. Fernando was flexible regarding the schedule. There is a restaurant inside the Residence that offers all the meals, with a fair price, which makes it much easier for those who are looking for tranquility and do not want to leave, it has a mini market. Sitting in front of the beach, quiet and safe to sit and relax, with 24h kiosk. On the avenue we find a market, pharmacy and barzinho, we did everything on foot. The car was safely parked underground in the flat. On the beach it is possible to find electric motorcycle and bike for rent and sightseeing.

The accommodation is beautiful and comfortable. Very well equipped, everything you need during your stay is available. The neighborhood is very quiet and full of nature. The beach is spectacular. The hosts were great, check-in was super flexible and so was check-out, our flight was delayed a few hours on our return and we were able to stay without any problems. Thank you Tathi for everything!! Excellent recommendations for places to have breakfast :D I would definitely go back. If you consider that it is far from everything. It's what we were looking for: peace of mind and security. But for some, it may be far away. You have to get around by car or taxi. We love that feature.

Our stay was wonderful. The penthouse is impeccable, exceeds all expectations. All very well tidy, very well organized. The hosts are very solitary, they have always responded to the messages with agility and clarity, making our experience great. We were greeted with chocolates and wine, the extremely well cared space. I am sure to indicate and at the next opportunity we will return.

We had a wonderful stay at Luiza’s beautiful Ipanema apartment! 🌴✨ The space is exactly as shown in the photos—light, stylish, and incredibly peaceful, just a stone’s throw from the beach and close to great bars and restaurants. Luiza was an exceptional host—friendly, communicative, and very accommodating. We arrived a couple of hours early, and she kindly let us drop off our bags so we could start exploring straight away. She also gave us fantastic local recommendations that really added to our Rio experience. We’d definitely love to stay here again—thank you, Luiza, for making our time in Rio so memorable! 🌊🌞

Paulo’s apartment is very beautiful and spotless with great crispy clean towels. The location and the views are really awesome. Paulo is a super host, he provided great recommendations on places to eat. We tried them all and all were fantastic. Paulo goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are comfortable and happy. The best location in Barra, the apartment matches the photos and descriptions, the building is easy to get around, it's a quiet place and the environment is always clean with the daily cleaning that is done in the apartment. Mr. Mario is very attentive and available! I'll be back!

Staying in Marcelo's apartment was a great success since it is very comfortable, super complete, nice, quality bed, good shower, in front of the most beautiful part of the beach, at least for us, since it is quiet. There are good restaurants close by. You can't ask for more! We're already missing it and want to go back! We highly recommend it!

You should be able to leave a 6-star rating. Romeu's apartment is an 11/10, it exceeds all expectations. Apartment remodeled to new, with complete equipment (for example, with towels, chairs, umbrella and beach refrigerator), everything impeccable, functional, unbeatable view, perfect condominium and location (right in front there is a supermarket and just below, a restaurant of first class international cuisine, two blocks away: pharmacies, service station, bakery, etc.), the beach in posto 7 is one of the best and quietest in Barra. In short, unbeatable from every angle, thank you very much Romeu and see you next time (which will undoubtedly happen).

Very good apartment, modern and with all necessary amenities. Wonderful setting, beachfront, Something very good is that it has a supermarket and shops a few blocks away, plus a 24/7 store in the building in case you missed anything. Overall no observations, just enjoy!!

The apartment is amazing, better than the pictures. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it at this place because of the convenience and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to lots of pans and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and the sea in every room. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, friendly and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend.
