This place was great for my family and I, we loved the proximity to the beach and the area. Alessandra was extremely responsive, and any time we had questions, she was very quick to respond. I would recommend staying here!

The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. The description is very assertive and the house matches everything that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

Full house, spacious and well-functioning. It is not far from the beach. It has comfortable furnishings, spacious rooms, working bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen, mainly with electrical utensils. Good communication with the owners. I just thought the check-in time was too late. We made early check in with an extra fee payment of about a quarter of the amount of one night. I also think it is valid to make it clear that there is only a small parasol available (important because the house accommodates up to 11 people and the parasol holds no more than 3 people). But super recommend the house. Great cost-benefit and would come back easy!

It was a wonder! for being suspended at the house, I was more relaxed about the animals of the forest and it is a wonder to stay at the height of the flowers. A delíciaaaaa!!! rworker visited us right after our arrival and we lined up little things of the house, in person. it was a great prose to understand everything and tell the house more details ( learn things from the house and inform some necessary adjustments) enjoy for tour tips: visit the farm beach and for those who can take the boat tour with the company Nativos Turismo leaving the beach ...Orla do Itagua ( see web) surfboard lessons... I didn't do it next I'll do it.

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a great plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.

We had unforgettable moments here, the house is exactly as shown in the listing and I confess that when we arrived we were even more delighted, because the house has that coziness of a real home, you know? But the best surprise is when you get to the back of the house and open the huge wooden sliding doors and you are faced with a breathtaking view, including sleeping and waking up to the sound of the sea is incredible, it looks more like an extension of the backyard of the house, which is also beautiful and has plenty of space to enjoy with the family. We went with the maximum capacity and the house served us perfectly, the kitchen is super well equipped with utensils that never end kkk, including some dishes with that super charming grandma face as well as the whole house. Just a note for pet owners, the condominium prohibits entry to the beach, but on the other side of Lázaro beach, to the left outside the condominium area, you can enter with your pet. Having seen this, we definitely intend to return, we love it so much!

The house was exactly the same as in the pictures: spacious, cozy and with a charming decoration that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. There was a fountain that made the environment even more enjoyable and relaxing at bedtime. The leisure area had a pool table and ping pong, which were the most successful among the staff during the stay. The swimming pool was huge, perfect for enjoying, and the bathtub was a real highlight — super relaxing and ideal for moments of rest. The condo is very quiet and safe, with a beautiful lake full of ducks and geese, ideal for hiking. There is also a calm river in the condominium, great for cooling off with peace of mind — even my dogs had fun and learned to swim there! Also, host Leonardo was super considerate and answered all questions quickly.

I and my family loved the stay. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very beautiful, by the way. Everything was clean and organized. The location is good, you can walk quietly down to the beach. In addition, Lara's service was the differential. We're always kind and ready to help. We want to go back!

I loved the days we spent in São Sebastião, it was wonderful the experience from the beginning to the end, very requested and attentive host ( Mr. Douglas) We use the pool space in common, very good, location is great with good trade structure, easy access to beaches, we want to return! The place is exactly like in the pictures! It is located between Cunha-SP and Paraty-RJ and we take the opportunity to know both places. Despite the rain, we enjoy a lot, we will be back soon!

The dream house is truly a dream. It was two amazing nights. The rooms have a breathtaking view, the house has an affectionate decoration. Martha was very helpful and always responded very quickly. We hired a cook who helped us over the weekend and made the stay even more comfortable. The waterfalls are very close to the house and Paraty is only 15 minutes away. The pool was at a great temperature! We were able to enjoy the water even with 22 degrees of outside temperature.

Excellent accommodation for couples! The cabin is identical to the photos, with an incredible view, a super well-equipped kitchen and a great host, who answered all our questions and gave us a complete guide to what we should bring, how to find the chalet and more. The waterfalls on the property are beautiful and the trails are quiet to walk on. Super comfortable bed and the spa is definitely the highlight of the accommodation! We already have plans to return in the summer to enjoy it even more.

The accommodation was simply wonderful! The house is beautiful, very well cared for and extremely clean. The kitchen is super-equipped, with all the utensils we can imagine — perfect for those who like to cook. The towels were smelly and soft, and the mattress and pillows super comfortable, with clean, fragrant sheets. And the view… what a spectacle! You can notice the affection and the whim in every detail. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The house is spectacular! The location then, there is no talk! It would be impossible to have more feet in the sand than that. Quality towels and bedding, pressurized showers, all extremely clean, airy house with wonderful architecture. Fábio (the local caretaker) and Kellen, welcomed us very well, cooked wonderful dishes for us, Manoel Carlos' soap opera breakfasts, caipirinhas, pizza, fish, portions on the beach, cooler with ice, went to the market, ordered iFood… seriously… the service was surreal. I also extend a special thank you to Kimberly, who took care of the cleaning and won over the young children in the group by being so attentive to them. All very friendly and proactive! We left already wanting to go back!! I highly recommend it, but get ready to raise the bar of the Airbnbs you frequent lol

We love our stay, the house is much more beautiful and large than appears in the photos! The house is comfortable, very clean, has many utensils, and every decor and view of the house is amazing! Chris and the homemade Adri were super polite and solicited! We love so much, we hope to be able to return soon!

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

Thomas is a very thoughtful and helpful person. We had an unfortunate event with the lack of a refrigerator (because the one that had broke) and the thomas was ready to solve, rented one and was always present in the service to help with questions and problems. The house is old but phenomenal. As we arrived, the administrator Edson was at the dock already waiting. Unparalleled home, when arriving, is dazzled by the White House of blue windows, with the beach just in front and the large stone that gives access to the house. We felt at home, very functional and well-equipped, it has everything for a great stay. Very solicited, polite and helpful employees. It is worth combining the menu with the cook and leaving everything right so as not to be concerned, portions were the differential, fresh and straight on the beach. My family loved, sunny days leave the water of a phenomenal green. The swimming pool is delicious, the beach is small, practically private at the time we went (only one day had other people), calm sea, without current. It has kayak and stand up, super compensates to go out in the morning to see if turtles. And yes, the house is foot in the sand, from the balconies you see the sea and down the stairway is already in the sand. João, thank you for opening this paradise for us.
