The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

I was recently staying in a wonderful seaside loft and it was an amazing experience! Since our arrival, we have been greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the ocean. **Accommodations**: The loft is spacious, well decorated and very well equipped. The modern kitchen allowed me to prepare some meals with an excellent BBQ area, and the seating area was perfect for relaxing with the family. The large windows offer lots of natural light. **Location**: The location is unparalleled! A few steps from the sand, I was able to enjoy morning walks on the beach and enjoy the sound of the waves in the background. Also, there are great restaurants and markets nearby, making it easy to explore local cuisine. **Comfort and Cleaning**: The loft was pristinely clean and very well taken care of.

A wonderful stay, extremely clean place, all very neatly tidy , bringing indescribable warmth. the service of Lucas who received us with a smile and a lot of kindness , always ready to assist us. Cláudia da limpeza also left everything tidy and smelling . the super quiet beach the way we wanted it to be. we'll definitely be back ! i recommend it.

It was very good, Mr. Ricardo very attentive and did not measure effort to help! Even though there was no garage, it left me to put the bike inside the place because there was a little space for the bike! I liked it a lot and would rent it back with him easily! And it's what I was really looking for, a place to sleep even because my focus was to stay all day out and the place served me too much!

Quiet place for a couple alone or with a child. Beautiful landscapes, close to great beaches, in the midst of nature and with what is necessary to make yourself comfortable. Familia super cozy and without any inconvenience. I recommend it!

The accommodation was peaceful. Bakery, restaurants, distributors, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. Very airy and safe house.

What a delight of home!! No doubt the best I've ever stayed in Guarapari! Near everything, it does everything on foot, the beach downstairs and in the best spots! No doubt a great location!! The house and like this one in the photos, the bathrooms and large bedrooms, has everything you need utensils, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room, and not to mention the charm of the pool!! We had a small mishap at check-in time, but nothing to hinder our stay. The apartment is great, spacious and well ventilated and is located only 1 block to the beach. Apartment just like the photos, very cozy and a great space, it's just the house with the furniture so you'll have to take everything to me, it wasn't a problem, just the kitchen that had the basics as he had already said, but missing a rice drainer that would be very useful and some basic bowls also to use in the kitchen, the bathroom was organized but it was clear that the cleaning was not very up to date because the floor and the walls were a little greasy and darkening, but the space and the apartment is very cozy, we will definitely come back again because we liked it a lot, close to the beach, supermarket, restaurant, and pharmacy nearby.
