We had such a wonderful time at Manuel’s place. He was so welcoming and the apartment and pool were gorgeous. So peaceful and located in the heart of the algarve. We explored all along the coast and mountains from Monchique to Ria Da Formosa - which we highly recommended. Thank you!

We really loved the villa however we did feel that our freedom was limited slightly with the decibel meter in the living space which meant that we were actually too worried to even put a film on at the end of the day in case our stay was forfeited due to high noise levels, which was extremely clear was the case at check in, and on signs within the living space. The decibel meter is set to 55 which is that of a very quiet conversation and this did put us on edge each evening, which ideally we would not like during a relaxing holiday.

Tolle Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage, laut Google Maps gut zu finden. Die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität – wenn nicht sogar schöner! Alles war sauber, der Pool ist großartig und der Außenbereich wunderschön gestaltet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit vielen Geräten und ausreichend Geschirr. Ein paar zusätzliche Utensilien wie mehr Salatschüsseln, Salatbesteck oder schärfere Messer wären noch hilfreich. Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war herausragend – super freundlich, extrem hilfsbereit und antwortet blitzschnell. Der Padelplatz in 5 Min. Entfernung war ein Highlight – unkompliziert nutzbar, Schläger & Bälle gab’s vom Gastgeber. Der Kühlschrank draußen funktionierte leider nicht war aber nicht schlimmda innen viel Platz im Kühlschrank. der Pool wurde auf Wunsch wärmer gemacht – perfekt für Kinder. Tischtennisplatte top! Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Tila and family were super helpful from the moment we booked . Communication and support were excellent . The facilities were of a really good standard and the beautiful Moroccan decoration of the villa was outstanding . It worked perfectly for a family holiday with three generations

Seven of us stayed for one week for a special birthday for which hosts left a card and a bottle of wine. Villa is very well equipped with everything you need. Beds were comfortable with decent towels and towels for the pool which it is worth paying the extra to have heated and got used every day. The garden is lovely with areas for sun or shade all day along with a large charcoal BBQ area which we used most days. There is a Pharmacy and an Aldi Supermarket 10 minutes walk away. If you don't want to cook there are some bars/restaurants nearby and Uber eats deliver from numerous places in nearby Albufeira. We had a great time, thank you Jayne & Robert for everything.

We have had the most wonderful holiday here! The house is in the most beautiful and peaceful location, with wonderful views of the lagoon and coast. The outside areas are particularly lovely, and we had the large swimming pool almost entirely to ourselves all week! This is a perfect base for a holiday with young kids. Having beach equipment, toys, and a washing machine were all a massive bonus! There are so many amenities and activities all within a 10 minute drive, including stunning beaches, shops and restaurants, Zoomarine, and hiking trails. Thank you for one of our favourite holidays ever - we 100% recommend booking and hope we can make a return visit soon!

Die Villa mit Pool war sehr schön, und der Ort Carvoeiro ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Algarve zu erkunden. Es gibt tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und das Haus ist großzügig gestaltet, mit einer schönen Poolanlage und vielen gemütlichen Plätzen zum Verweilen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

We had an amazing stay here as an extended family of grandparents and our two children, 1 and 3. The villa was really spacious and the kitchen was big and really well equipped, making eating in the villa really easy. We really appreciated the pushchair, games and pool floats. We’d definitely recommend this villa!

We have stayed in Vilamoura/Quarteria for over 10 years, this time we returned with our 10 month old son so we wanted to stay somewhere that suited our needs a bit better than a typical hotel/apartment and this hidden gem did not disappoint. The villa was perfect (maybe a little bigger than expected from photos) & I couldn't recommend it enough. Perfect location to Vilamoura marina with just a short walk, cant believe we haven't come across it sooner. We will defo be back! Loved it.

We had a fantastic stay at this house! From the outside, the property looks beautiful, and the swimming pool is very inviting. While you can tell in some places that the house and pool are a bit older, everything works perfectly. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely renovated and are really nice. Some of the furniture is a little outdated, but we spent most of our time outside anyway. The location is perfect — close to a small village with an Aldi (including a fresh bakery for daily bread), and a short drive to stunning beaches and bays, all with excellent restaurants and incredibly friendly staff. A car is definitely needed to get around. The house also has a play garage with various game tables; the pool table was a huge hit with our kids, even if the garage smells a bit damp. The rooms are spacious, the area is wonderfully quiet, and we all had great nights of sleep. Overall, we had a great week and would definitely recommend this house!

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay! Felt like home! The room is sooo cute and near to all the places we wanted to visit! Our stay was perfect!!! My boyfriend and I wanted to stay longer! Maybe next time, we will definitely book this room again! Thank you so much!

Das Haus war sehr stylisch und durchdesignt sowie top eingerichtet. Es war alles Wichtige vorhanden. Das die Bücher nur Pappkartons waren, verstärkte den Eindruck, dass das Haus eher vom Designer als von einer Privatperson eingerichtet wurde. Aber uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Wenn man etwas bemängeln möchte, dann Kleinigkeiten wie fehlende Infos zum Haus (WLAN –PW, Wo entsorgt man Müll, Anleitungen für die Geräte..), bereits „verbrauchte“ Pfannen und ein unbrauchbarer Staubsauger. Bei einem so schönen Haus kann man darüber aber problemlos hinwegsehen. Die Lage fanden wir zur Erkundung der Algarve perfekt. Lagos und Faro sind in Reichweite und selbst die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten könnten kaum besser sein.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation war super einfach und freundlich. Bei Fragen wurde einem sofort geantwortet und hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Der Check-In über die Schlüsselbox war sehr unkompliziert und man bekommt eine klare Anweisung wo sich das Airbnb befindet. Wir hatten ein Mietauto und haben vor der Tür immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. In der Nebenstraße gibt es auch noch einige Parkplätze. Ansonsten war die Gegend sehr ruhig und wir hatten keinerlei Probleme. Die Lage war sehr gut um viele schöne Orte zu erkunden. Man ist recht flexibel in jede Richtung. Allerdings ist ein Auto sehr zu empfehlen. Lagos ist circa 35min entfernt. Von dort haben wir einige gebuchte Aktivitäten unternommen.

Incredible stay at Kai Homes and Miguel was extremely helpful. Recommended to anyone needing a beautiful villa close to Albufeira and the stunning coastline!

We had a great holiday at Miguel in Silves and the kids loved it! The house has plenty of space (we were 5), was very clean and bright and has amazing views. You can walk around the old city from the house. Very nice coffees for breakfast and restaurants for dinner. There are plenty of activities for kids around. Miguel answered to our questions always very quickly and shared recommendations with us. Also very lucky with the weather, the beaches were wonderful and we could enjoy some time in the swimming pool. We will definitely come back! Thanks Miguel!

Great location with beautiful views. The walk to the beach was easy enough. Plenty of food options and shopping within walking distance. A lovely space for our time in Albufeira!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille dans cette belle maison typique rénovée avec goût en plein centre de Lagos, de nombreux restaurants à proximité Superbe vue sur la ville et la mer depuis le toit terrasse Sylwia est une hôte réactive, très bonne communication A noter même si de notre côté cela ne nous a pas déranger, maison avec de nombreux escaliers

Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables dans la villa de caractère de Paula. On s'y sent "comme à la maison", tellement elle est parfaitement bien équipée et décorée. Dans un environnement calme, pourtant près de tous les plus beaux points d'intérêts et commerces, cette maison, avec sa magnifique piscine, patio et coins de détente, est un vrai havre de paix, après une journée de visites et d'activités. Paula et David sont des hôtes accueillants et réactifs, et même si nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu, ils ont fait tout leur possible pour que nous puissions entrer dans la maison. Personnellement, la plus belle de mes expériences avec Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in the heart of Lagos Old Town. We really appreciated how clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed the space was. It felt both stylish and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: walking distance to everything (restaurants, beaches, coffee shops, local retail), yet tucked away enough to feel quiet and relaxing. Private parking was a huge bonus, especially in the busy town center, and the private pool was a lovely way to unwind at the end of the day. The hosts, especially Carmo, were incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions that made check-in seamless. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-appointed home base in Lagos.

De tous les logements déjà loués dans l'Algarve celui-ci est le top ! tout est parfait dans le logement : Bons couchages, linge de lit impeccable, cuisine bien équipée, spacieux. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben die Zeit rundum genossen. Für unsere kleine Tochter wurde vorher extra noch ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl organisiert, das war sehr nett! Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder!!

We had a lovely stay in Carla’s beautiful home! It looks exactly like the pictures & is very clean, well maintained. The place is both homely and aesthetically stunning, and we can tell that Carla has poured much love and soul into cultivating such a peaceful environment! It truly felt like a home away from home. Carla is an A+ host - very responsive and supported us with great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit both locally & around the Algarve. The location is very private and the neighbourhood is quiet & friendly. This is the perfect place for couples, families and even solo travellers - we truly felt very safe there! Parking is close by and free, very convenient. Overall would highly recommend staying here! ‘Obrigada, Carla!’ 😊

Die Villa entspricht genau den Bildern – wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Besonders begeistert hat uns der traumhafte Ausblick auf die Berge und der herrliche Pool, ideal zum Abkühlen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar, mit dem Auto geht es in wenigen Minuten. Die Kommunikation war stets schnell und hilfsbereit, der Check-in hat selbst um 2 Uhr morgens reibungslos funktioniert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
