Best stay in Santos! The apartment is exceptional, combined with a strategic location - you don't need a car for anything, everything is close by. Marcus kept me informed of the operation of the environment and, even when I had doubts, he answered me promptly. I'll be back more often for sure!

Jussara was extremely helpful whenever I had any questions and she responded very fast. Lovely space, very friendly doormen as well as being walkable to so many things including the beach.

We spent 9 wonderful days. Mr. Claudinei very kind, polite and ready to answer us. We gave us all the check-in and checkout information, condominium rules, restaurant suggestions, stalls, everything so that we had excellent lodging. We arrived a little before the time and we were well served. Apartment impeccable, sandy foot, clean, airy, safe, cozy, well-equipped kitchen, easy access, next to supermarkets, very close to the center, we did everything on foot. The spectacular leisure area, saunas, heated pool, cold infinity pool, game room, gym, all perfect and free for use in the condominium with a lot of kindness and cordiality . Good beach, well-structured beach stalls with chairs, umbrellas, good food. It was very worth it. We thank you for everything and will certainly be back at other times.

Our experience was incredible!!!! From the 1st contact to check-out, Rosa was kind, attentive and empathetic. Very helpful, she greeted us personally at check-in and introduced us to all the amenities of the condominium and apartment. The condominium offers many leisure options, the heated pool is wonderful...very polite staff and a safe place. The apartment is extremely comfortable, equipped and very well decorated. He left the condominium and crossed the street, he is already on the beach!!!! Comfortable beds, great shower and the view from the balcony to the sea is SPECTACULAR!!!!!!! An indescribable spectacle.... We slept with the sound of the sea... The region offers everything, we don't take the car out of the garage for anything. Next to the condominium, there is a Carrefour and a 24-hour pharmacy. The beachfront is beautiful, structured and safe with many dining and leisure options. Rosa's recommendation of the bakery and cafeteria is a gift for us guests! I recommend everyone to visit. We will definitely return!!!

The apartment is very well located on Channel 1, with a partial sea view. The building is relatively new, and provides a good infrastructure, although the gym is simple and the rooftop pool is not heated. As for the apartment itself, it is exactly the way of the photos, with a good balcony and two suites. All very functional and designed to cater to guests. Layza was very helpful before and during our hosting. Super recommended!

Excellent option for staying in Santos! The location is exceptional, the view is magnificent and the apartment is very well sized. The unit is located in a block of flats and the condominium offers several facilities for guests. The hosts were very welcoming, have excellent communication and provided accurate and valuable information. As a caveat, it can be noted that the apartment is quite impersonal, not very cozy, and needs several minor maintenance and some upgrades.

The location is excellent. Between the beach and Kennedy, there is a lot of security and has everything that is needed nearby, such as a supermarket and pharmacy. The staff of the building is very charismatic, and the pool is a differential. In spite of having used little, the air conditioning works perfectly well in the bedroom and living room. It was a great stay!

The apartment is amazing and Catia is a super helpful host, always responsive. There is everything you need in the kitchen, it was cozy and we felt at home. You can walk to the beach and see it from the balcony. We will come back!

Simply perfect! The apartment is impeccable — extremely clean, well decorated and with everything working perfectly. The facilities are great, with a well-equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed and air-conditioned rooms. But the highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking view of the sea! Waking up to that landscape was a privilege. Communication with Andressa was also excellent, always attentive and available. I would definitely go back and strongly recommend!

Marco is a great host, friendly, nice to talk, quiet and fair. At the time of check-in and check-out had the possibility of the flexibility of he adjusted for us. The house is beautiful, beautifully decorated and preserved. Some highlights are the good and quiet air conditioners of the rooms, the high right foot of the amplitude for the whole house. The leisure area has a beautiful and well treated garden with a beautiful lawn by the pool. The 02 refrigerators are also very functional. The bedroom is wc on the ground floor is great for people with limited mobility, as was the case with my parents. We recommend it.

I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that the rental of a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with clean and fragrant bed linen. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

Great house, we enjoyed our stay.

The house is beautiful, extremely comfortable! The kitchen is VERY equipped, it has new and complete utensils. The whole house clean, part of perfect gardening, clean pool, all well taken care of! Guilherme always attentive and polite, responded quickly, shared very clear checkin and checkout information, in addition to providing a guide to the condominium and region to improve the stay.
