Eliane and her brother Mauro were super attentive ! The house is an earring!!! All accommodations were impeccable !! We receive much more feeling like we are in a 5-star hotel!! Excellent accommodation, from the beginning of the stay to the end, they answered me messages about questions that I had, always helpful and agile. Very good local, quiet, beach itself is for people who seek tranquility because it is not a beach with a lot of movement but everything you need (markets, bakeries..) has close by and easy to access. The excellent apartment, exactly as in the pictures! Anyway, only positive points, nothing negative.. I will come back more often.

The Sunset penthouse is fantastic, although we were only 2 people, the apartment was much more than we needed, it is an ideal penthouse for couples or people with children. Normally I would say that my reviews are very serious, but in this case I could not use another term "EXCELLENT" I recommend 100% ...... if it was not so big I would definitely come back other times. Congratulations Adriana, we do have to comment, whether positive or not, as this helps other interested parties a lot.

Apartment very well located, sensational view, all very new and preserved. By entering the apto you already feel something very good and think: the stay will be top. And it really was. The apartment is located in a great area of Santos (channel 4). The building's differential is that it has a parking space and a swimming pool. Marcelo responds to messages very quickly! The house is well-equipped and comfortable, we didn't miss anything. We only stayed 2 days but I think it would serve us well for longer

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.

Even better than your listing. Building very well located with excellent amenities. Excellent apartment, all very clean, comfortable and in perfect condition. Bed linen and towels of good quality. Well equipped kitchen, with new furniture and appliances, dishes and high quality utensils. Marina was an excellent host; very solicitous, from start to finish. The district responded promptly, answered questions, indicated tours and restaurant, offered flexibity at check-in, was very kind and did everything possible to make our stay very convenient. It was a great experience and I felt at home. I recommend that you know this place!

The house is super clean and the landscape is simply stunning! I loved it, everything was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The environment is perfect for taking beautiful photos. The host and the housekeeper were super attentive. I am very satisfied, 5 stars for sure!

Our stay was Wonderful!!! The apartment is like the photos ,very neat , accommodates well 4 people , balcony with a beautiful view to the beach !! Unified Observation (bathroom drain back water ) .
