Espaço is great, airy and comfortable, the balcony area is very large and has a beautiful view of the sea, it is bigger than it appears in the photos. For those who have pets, the house is super safe, there is difficult to have an escape. Many nearby shops, we found everything without needing a car. The nearest beach is a 5 minute walk away and is great. Easy access to the city of Natal (car) tourist points. Miriam was extremely kind and asks us for all our questions quickly. I recommend it too much, and I will certainly return whenever I go to Natal and region.

The stay was excellent! The site is very well located, which made our tours a lot easier. The space was exactly like in the pictures: super cozy, clean and well-organized. Whenever I needed something, the host responded promptly, with lots of sympathy and disposition. I would definitely recommend staying again!

Wonderful location on the artists' beach, about 25 minutes from the black beach, I thought it was wonderful. For the Majority of the walks we did as a jacuma lagoon, pitangui lagoon, Rio de fogo, Maracajaú, purity… all were after the artists' beach. So it was less distant, last year we stayed at Ponta negra beach, and we found it very far from these places. So super recommend Joyce's flat. Gorgeous view, well clean flat, clean pool, the place for bathing is very nice , stay the natural pools, very good for us and our children. Our accommodation was wonderful.

I loved our stay, we felt at home, the location is perfect, close to everything and it is on a quiet street. The flat accommodates 4 guests very well, it has everything you need for a good stay. Clean and organized environment, well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room and bedroom with air conditioning and TV, the bathroom is great. It has a balcony with a clothesline and a washing machine. The view from the 3rd floor is wonderful for enjoying the Ponta Negra beach and the Morro do Careca. Nubia was very attentive to us. I highly recommend the stay.

The apartment is excellent! We love our time staying in Carmem's apartment a lot. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walk. In addition, Carmem was so careful that it even left some pampering for us like beer and cold ones. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well-equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we need something, Carmem responded promptly. If we return to Natal we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Eva is a great host, helpful, answers all questions, made it possible to check in and check out within our needs. The apartment is as advertised, it was very clean and with fragrant sheets and towels. Besides being very well equipped, we didn't miss anything, and with amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen. The location is excellent, it has absolutely everything nearby, including the beach. I can't imagine a better place. The concierge is friendly and informative. Just one small detail, which does not depend on Eva and the apartment itself, is the outside noise. Because there are restaurants, bars and hotels in the neighborhood, the music noise from 1 pm to 10 pm is loud in the room that is not a suite. For those who like an afternoon rest or sleep early, it will be a little difficult in this room. In the suite, there is no discomfort.

I loved staying in the apartment. When I arrived everything was clean and organized. Good bed and bath linens are available. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and peaceful. The view to Morro do Careca is beautiful. Elton always responds to messages very quickly and is very requested. We didn't have any problems. The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The three private ground-floor en-suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high ceilings, spacious bathrooms. The TV room, combined with the airy dining room, the sofas are right in the breeze coming from the sea, very pleasant. The living spaces are beautiful and pleasant. The pool area is a distinguishing feature of the house. A spacious table in the barbecue and pizza oven environment, which is combined with the pool. Excellent! The location is very good, right on the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea becomes a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea, which was wonderful. The highlight, what most differentiates and enhances the stay are the caretakers Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stayed in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.

The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

We love staying in the apartment! Luciano was great always responded quickly, polite and organized. The location is perfect, facing the sea and next to the hill of the bald! Air conditioners cooled very well! The only observation is that, to get to the apartment, you go down a long staircase, so for those who have difficulty locomotion can be a point to observe. Our group liked it a lot, I definitely recommend it and would come back other times!
