Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

Our place is designed to create a relaxing atmosphere for guests! We have beach chairs, a cooler, barbecue utensils, a full kitchen and streaming on the TVs for you to enjoy your trip to the fullest! We are 300 meters from Perequê Mirim beach, 750 meters from Santa Rita beach (via a trail), and 900 meters from Enseada. Downtown Ubatuba is a 15-20 minute drive away. The region also has several restaurants and conveniences nearby, and it is possible to do everything on foot!

The main part has 2 bedrooms + 1 suite (all 3 with air-conditioning) and the second part is a small house with 1 bedroom (without air-conditioning) and laundry.
