We are on a short dead end street a little more than a city block long, on a large .37 acre lot. It is a safe neighborhood. Neighbors know one another and extended family lives on the street.

I seriously cannot wait to come back to this condo! Me and my girlfriends had the best time here. It was the perfect retreat. We stayed up late playing Jenga in front of the fireplace, they had so many fun games to choose from! Also… I don’t know what scent they’re using, but the whole place smells so good. Even the shampoo and conditioner were amazing—really great quality, which you don’t always get in rentals. I totally appreciated that little touch!The kitchen had everything we needed, which was perfect because we brought all our own food and cooked some fun meals together. The beds were super comfy and plenty of extra blankets! They had yoga blocks and mats as well with a cute side yard where we were able to do a yoga class! We also booked a wakeboarding trip through NWA Water Sports (same owners), and it was such a blast. Definitely a highlight of the weekend. Already Planning our next trip back!

The Woodland Cottage: Private Retreat In The Trees

Most definitely the BEST Airbnb space we have ever stayed in. We plan to return and stay anytime we visit NWA (which is often). The attention to detail was immaculate and we felt right at home! Everything you could need is in the home. Just bring yourself and groceries. The local treats and handwritten note left by our host was an amazing bonus and sweet gesture that shows they care about their guests! We loved sitting in the sunroom watching the deer, birds, and squirrels every morning! The deer will almost come right up to the window. So peaceful and set the perfect tone for our day! Plus, I learned that birds enjoy grape jelly as a treat! Never thought to add this for my birds at home. Beds were comfortable, space was clean, check in/out instructions were easy to follow, and a great touch with the binder for notes about the home! Not much more you could ask for when staying in a hosted home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I don't think I've ever stayed in a more thoughtfully curated space. Walking in the space was immaculately decorated and on theme with a classy MCM home. All of the beds were comfortable and linens were nice and no crazy check out instructions which is always appreciated. The backyard was HUGE and a great place to hang out as well. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be booking again should I be back in the Rogers area.
