Savor the warm and welcoming atmosphere of this apartment, where the wood of the ceiling beams and the parquet create honey-colored light effects. The modern layout of the spaces is all in favor of comfort. In the characteristic Borgo Pio district in a very quiet historic building from the 1800s, 100 meters from St. Peter's Basilica and 500 meters from the Vatican Museums. Very close to the shopping area of Via Cola di Rienzo and Via del Corso. The apartment consists of a double bedroom with a bathroom with a shower and whirlpool tub, a large living room with a large sofa and a double sofa bed, a dining table and a large kitchen equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine and microwave. The apartment has 2 TVs and Wi-Fi internet, independent heating and central air conditioning in all rooms. Check-in time is quite flexible; you need to arrange your arrival time in advance by email or Whatsapp. Check-out is by 10 a.m. I'll send you instructions on how to pick up the keys. The building does not have an elevator. The Borgo district is a quiet and elegant area within walking distance of St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums as well as the great shopping street Cola di Rienzo, which connects the historic center of Rome, Piazza del Popolo, with the Vatican. Our residence is a few meters from the Ottaviano metro stop, with which you can easily reach all the attractions of the Eternal City. Beautiful apartment, in a perfect location, a few steps from the subway. Everything is furnished with taste and attention to detail, with recent finishes and in light and pleasant shades. The kitchen is spacious and really well equipped, with high-quality utensils, dishes and appliances. The bed is comfortable, with clean and comfortable linen, and the bathroom is spacious and well-kept. The entire apartment was impeccably clean, tidy and welcoming. Andrea was an exceptional host: kind, helpful and always ready to help us with useful advice. We really felt at home.

Loved our stay at Manuela’s apartment. Super good location to explore the Vatican area.. close by to trastavere ! Super easy access to the apartment but the main thing is how easy Manuela makes it to stay in her home. Everything is in abundance. Everything works. Thanks for the small gluten free surprises. Thanks for the amazing local osteria recos. Had a great time exploring Rome from here !

I had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s place in Rome! The apartment is located a bit outside the city center, which I actually loved — it was quieter and more peaceful, yet still super easy to get to all the main attractions. The apartment itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. Sonia and her mom were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great recommendations and making me feel very welcome. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Rome!

Private space. Very nice patio, though we spent most of our time touring the city. Easy walk to nice coffee shops and restaurants as well as the Vatican. Claudio was great--very responsive. We were getting into Rome prior to check-in time and had a tour reserved at the Vatican. We were able to have our bags stored at the place and get in early with no fuss.
