The garden by the sea

A 150-square-meter villa on the Tuscan sea of Prato Ranieri, surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden, located in a quiet pedestrian area, with a sandy beach right in front of the gate. Equipped with two parking spaces, it is perfect for families and groups of friends, with a private solarium, a relaxation area and a dining area under a cozy patio. The property is enhanced by a panoramic terrace overlooking the sunset. Within walking distance are beach resorts, ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants.

"Casa Esme" Apartment a few steps from the sea

Relax and recharge in this elegant penthouse. "Casa Esme" enjoys a pleasant view of the pine forest below, is about 300 meters from the sea and is located in an area complete with all services. It consists of a large entrance, a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a French bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room. It is renovated, located on the 3rd and top floor with an elevator and has a pleasant covered terrace for outdoor dining as well as unlimited fiber optics.

The little house by the sea

The accommodation is a beautiful two-room apartment 50 meters from the sea, completely renovated, with a double bedroom, living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, and a covered terrace. The apartment, equipped with an elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV, is in a very central area and is close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. There is a large free parking lot 100 meters away. There is no linen (sheets and bath towels), you can have it for an extra cost.

The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.
