Villa Flora - Nature & Tranquility - Heated Pool (optional)

With outstanding views of the sea and mountains, offering privacy and seclusion, Villa Flora is fully equipped and enjoys quiet air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, smart TV, a comfortable fireplace and a porch where you can read or take your meals outdoors. This villa has also a fabulous infinity swimming pool (heating is optional for an extra cost) and a private solarium where you can sunbathe. The property has free private parking for our guests. In front of the villa, on a lower level, we planted an orchard with several fruit trees (orange, lemon, banana, apple, passion fruit, mango, etc.) and also a small garden of aromatic and seasoning herbs. Our guests will be in permanent contact with nature, and can harvest the fruits directly from the trees, an experience that everyone will certainly enjoy. Villa Flora accommodates up to 6 people and benefits from 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor an open plan sitting room & dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other two are on the top floor.

Be adventurous , something completely different

Located in the north-western part of the island ,its an amazing location protected by conservation laws that have kept the area free of over development. With epic mountain and sea-views (the photos don't do it justice) the tents are located 450m above the coastline. If a place to relax and unwind is what you after then this would be the place to come to. There are also some amazing levada walks to explore in the area.There are three tents on the property so you might have neighbours.

Absolutely perfect stay at Real in Madeira! Communication was flawless from start to finish, and checking in was a breeze with easy key access. We were welcomed with a generous fruit basket and delicious local products— the local organges and the juicer were just right for the perfect breakfast. The apartment felt brand new and was impeccably maintained. The spacious bathroom with a private sauna was a real treat. Each of the three secluded units is beautifully designed for privacy and comfort. Both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces came with plenty of dry wood, adding a cozy touch. The panoramic ocean views are breathtaking, and the loungers on the pristine lawn invite you to relax and soak it all in. We truly couldn’t have asked for more!

This is how AirBNB should be. The house is stacked with everything. How often are you in an Airbnb and they only have 6 plates? Here they have 20+, they have Great knives, tons of kitchenware, enough toilet paper, plenty of dishwasher tabs and also cleaner for the washing machine. Things you normally expect but somehow got lost in the making money machine Airbnb is now. Not here!! A absolute crazy welcome basket (have not had such a big one ever), friendly crew and absolute amazing place - can only recommend

We had a lovely time in Madeira. The listing is as described. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook for yourself. The hot tub is a nice addition after a long day of hiking (as long as the weather plays along). In our opinion, the kitchen/dining area/living room does not invite you to relax, as it is not very comfortable/cozy. But that was clear to us before and we were there for hiking. Check-in/check-out very flexible in consultation. Pedro is always easy to reach and we have no reason to complain. As a welcome, we found a fruit basket and a bottle of wine, which pleased us very much.

Very clean and comfortable space, easy to find. We felt very welcome amd everything was very smooth. The house is very functional, the beds are incredibly good and we loved being able to rest at night after long hikes. The view is nice (if you don't look at the road 😉). Very much recommended!
