L’alloggio,interamente ristrutturato,si trova a 500 metri di distanza dal centro di Macra ed è la base di partenza per alcuni dei più praticati sentieri della media Valle Maira,tra cui il famoso “Sentiero dei ciclamini”. La casa,circondata dal verde,è dotata di posto auto e con la sua posizione si pone esattamente a metà tra la comodità della bassa valle e la natura incontaminata dell’alta valle(facilmente raggiungibile proseguendo sulla strada che costeggia la casa).

Baita perfetta per una coppia o per una famiglia di massimo 4 persone. Ristrutturata finemente ed arredata con gusto. Molto accogliente, con un camino in grado di riscaldare le giornate più cupe. La borgata della carlevaro si trova in mezzo ad una radura, circondata dal bosco, raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti dalla strada statale, e quindi da tutti i servizi che i paesi di melle e frassino possono offrire (ottimi ristoranti, negozi di alimentari, etc)
