Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Ideal starting point for visiting the vineyards. Just 2 steps from the ramparts, shops and the town's most attractive wine cellars, take a break at Le Sarment to discover Beaune. Ground floor, quiet, comfortable and welcoming. Equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms overlooking the courtyard with quality bedding and private bathrooms (1 shower in one and a bath in the other). Les Cabanes de l'Oré – Manoir Equivocal

Sheets and towels provided – beds prepared before your arrival (single beds or double beds according to your instructions – baby cribs available on site). Group gîte attached to a 15th century historic monument, the house faces nature and is in the heart of an organic cereal farm. The rooms are small cabins made of natural and local materials; a walkway connects the rooms to a large kitchen that opens onto a fully glazed living room.

Come and spend a stay with family or friends in this accommodation located in the heart of Burgundy wine country, at the crossroads of the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune. This village house, which we call "the yellow house", is a townhouse with a small enclosed courtyard. A large park nearby offers a petanque court and games for children. The Bakery is a stone's throw away and is open on Sunday mornings!
