Holiday houses in Presicce

Our Salento vacation, in a delightful accommodation in a house in the historic center of Presicce, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Sandra's apartment offers everything you need for a beach stay (kitchenette, fridge, clothes rack, air conditioning) in a magazine frame. Surprising vaulted ceilings and stylish furnishings. Sandra's hospitality is precious with her presence on arrival and goodbye (but availability for a different check-in solution if needed) and tips on beaches and restaurants nearby. Presicce is a strategic point: about 15/20 minutes from the most famous seaside towns, in high season it offers several events and activities that make it a pleasant place to spend a few nights after long days at sea. We hope to have a chance to come back soon!

House in a very quiet area and in a strategic location near groceries and state roads. Wide spaces, very nice and modern kitchen. Balcony with a coffee table with a very large courtyard and also the possibility of going up to the terrace. Small bathroom but made its own. Despite the heat, the air conditioners were able to cool the rooms. Mrs. Danila is very courteous and helpful from the moment of the welcome. I would definitely choose it if I had to come back.

We had probably our best Airbnb experience. We were greeted on arrival by Paolo who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. We could reach him at any time and he also had countless good tips for us. Among other things, he recommended the best ice cream (still dreaming of cioccolata fondente). There were some super tasty local specialties waiting for us when we arrived. The house is very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell that the owner is an architect. In general, the house really had everything you need. From olive oil and spices to a washing machine and bathrobes. We wanted to spend the whole day on the terrace by the sea which definitely was our highlight. Our stay felt like a dream and we definitely want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

A special stay for 3 nights, in a lovely setting. Alessandro gave us fantastic recommendations for local shopping, and the kitchen faculties were great to cook in ! Spongano is a cute town, check out the icecream shop too. Alessandro's place has lots of space, and makes you feel like you're really staying in Italy !

We spent absolutely perfect vacations at Carlo˙s and Marina˙s gorgeous house. The loft is just perfect for 2 people. You will find everything you need, the kitchen is small but well equipped so that you are able to cook some simple meals. The highlight is the spacious, green terrace. We enjoyed the daily visits from their pets (a dog and a cat), the morning sun and the perfect location in the middle of the beautiful village of Presicce. Carlo was always there to help, but you will have your privacy. Grazie mille Carlo e Marina, ci vediamo

We had an amazing time at Lorenzos loft. The terrace is just top notch and gives off more vibe than you could imagine. The kitchen is impeccable and all is designed in amazing clean and calm style. We enjoyed our stay and the communication with Lorenzo a lot ❤️‍🔥 big thank you !

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful apartment. The location, the beautiful stylish decor and everything you need was present (incl washing machine). Don't worry that the apartment is on a main road, because when the doors are closed, you won't notice it at all, and it's wonderful to sleep in a very good bed and then wake up in the morning with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is within walking distance between 2 cozy lively villages where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset in clear weather. Furthermore, Maurizio and Sasena have created a nice information folder with valuable tips for things to do in the area. Apart from all these beautiful things, it is Maurizio and Sasena themselves who have made the difference for us. Through their personal attention, enthusiasm and spontaneity, they did everything to make you feel a bit like a Salento dreamer, and that certainly succeeded. What a lovely, sweet, warm couple. We had a great time - awesome furniture and super Italian. We loved it and would book it again. Great communication, kind host and just an amazing place.
